Dr. Rahul Chhoker

Dr. Rahul Chhoker has completed his Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D. in Law) on the topic "The prevention of Corruption Act, 1988: A Critical Study" in 2017. He has studied anti-corruption laws of various countries along with major thrust upon India. He has written three research papers in reputed Journals. He has also written a Book-chapter in the book titled as "Law and Social Justice in India". Along with these, he has attended five national-seminars and has presented research papers. He has qualified UGC-NET exam three times which is necessary to act as Assistant Professor in India.edit
