This research aims to a discussed diversion policy in restorative justice under the Criminal Justice System for Children. The research has been descriptive of normative legal research type related to the application of diversion policy in restorative justice under the criminal justice system for children. The research results show that the application of diversion policy in restorative justice under diversion policy for children in conflict with the law under the juvenile justice system is an implementation of the restorative justice system in providing justice and legal protection to children in conflict with the law without necessarily impairing the children' responsibilities for their delinquency. Diversion is not reconciliation between the children in conflict with the law and the victims or their families but it should be a form of punishment against the children in conflict with the law in a non-formal manner. Recommendations in this research are, law enforcers in performing their tasks of investigation, prosecution, investigation, and determination of the case by the court should prioritize the implementation of a diversion policy as an alternative to imprisonment or jail terms. Massive socialization of this diversion policy to the community is highly required. The government should provide facilities and infrastructure for the diversion policy to guarantee protection for children.

The present study explains the groundwater availability and its use in India and determine the significant causes of groundwater over-exploitation. The study is based on secondary data. The data for the study is collected from the report of Dynamic Groundwater Resources of India (as on June 2020) Central Ground Water Board, Ministry of Water Resources, Faridabad, June 2021. The availability of groundwater in India is very different in its various states. In terms of spatial distribution, net annual water availability ranges from 0.20 bcm in Mizoram to 66.88 bcm in Uttar Pradesh. It shows a very high spatial variability of groundwater availability in India. Groundwater availability is very high, with 170.09 bcm or more in the Indo-Ganges and Brahmaputra plains from Punjab to Assam. The groundwater draft for the country has been assessed as 244.92 bcm, about 88.85 per cent of which is utilised for irrigation and the remaining 24.37 bcm (9.95 per cent) for domestic, and 2.94 bcm (1.20 per cent) for industrial uses.

One of the fastest-growing industries in India, the banking sector holds a vital position in every economy. In the past 20 years, the Indian banking industry has undergone a fundamental transformation. The financial industry has recently focused on consolidation through merger, takeovers and acquisitions. The Narsimham committee's recommendations also emphasised the necessity of banking industry mergers and consolidations to produce synergistic effects. The government decided to combine all of the nation's nationalised banks at a time when the banking system was at a crossroads because of swollen NPAs, a surge in fraud, and collapsing banks. The advantages of bank mergers, the problems that bank and its customers experienced during and post-merger are all underlined in the study.

Welfare is the provision of a minimal level of well-being and social support for all citizens, sometimes referred to as public aid. In most developed countries welfare is largely provided by the government, and to a lesser extent, charities, informal social groups, religious groups, and intergovernmental organizations. First, gender inequality in India can be traced back to the historic days of Mahabharata when Draupadi was put on the dice by her husband as a commodity. The early twenty century, it was rise of the National Movement under the leadership of Mahatma Gandhi who was in favour of removing all the disabilities of women. At the same time, Raja Ram Mohan Rai, Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar and various other social reformers laid stress on women's education, prevention of child marriage, withdrawals of evil practice of sati, removal of polygamy etc. A policy is a principle or protocol to guide decisions and achieve rational outcomes. A policy is a statement of intent, and is implemented as a procedure or protocol. Policies are generally adopted by the Board of or senior governance body within an organization whereas procedures or protocols would be developed and adopted by senior executive officers. Policies can assist in both subjective and objective decision making. Now the women in India enjoy a unique status of equality with the men as per constitutional and legal provision. But the Indian women have come a long way to achieve the present positions.

This study aims to determine the association between literacy and sex ratio disparity at the district level in Haryana. According to several social and organisational development indicators, the sex ratio and literacy rate are two of the most significant indicators of any region's social development organisation. Even though it appears that only a high literacy rate may help end poverty in a contemporary society or technological civilisation: the sex ratio and literacy cause over-elaborate immigration in a specific location. The two variables used to measure the associations are the sex ratio and the literacy rate. The information was gathered from the 2011 Indian district-level census as a unit of study. The highest literacy rate was found in the Gurugram district (84.44 per cent), while the Mewat district ranked first with (905 females per 000' males) in all districts. This study has demonstrated a very unfavourable association (highly negative correlation r=-0.52).

The troublesome administration makes passengers discouraged from traveling using Air transportation. In 2022, the world health organization provided recommendations for lifting or easing international traffic bans. In early 2022, international airplane passengers experienced an increase, even in May 2022, exceeding May 2019. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of passengers both domestically and internationally has decreased. National and international restrictions caused a decrease in the number of passengers. This study predicts the number of international airplane passengers during the COVID-19 recovery period with the Resilient Backpropagation algorithm at Indonesia's main airport, Kuala Namu airport, Sukarno. Hatta, Juanda, Ngurah Rai and Hasanuddin. This method is expected to improve the performance of the Backpropagation algorithm so that the prediction results are more accurate. The results of this study are the best model of the Resilient Backpropagation algorithm with a test performance of 0.0040, namely the 5-3-1 model. This model can be used to predict the number of international airplane passengers during the COVID-19 pandemic recovery period as information for airport managers to determine transportation business management.

Increase the productivity of shallots through the provision of organic materials such as planting media and liquid fertilizers. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of planting media and ecoenzyme treatment on shallot production. This study used a factorial randomized block design which consisted of 2 treatment factors, namely first factor was Planting Media (M) consisting of M 0 : 100% topsoil, M 1 : topsoil (75%) + chicken manure compost (25%), M 2 : topsoil (50%) + chicken manure compost (50% and M 3 : topsoil (25%) + chicken manure compost (75%). The second factor was Ecoenzyme (E) which consists of 0, 10, 20 and 30 ml. Plant observations included wet tuber weight per plot (g), dry bulb weight per plot (g) and tuber diameter (mm). The results obtained that the provision of planting media in the form of 75% topsoil + 25% compost was able to respond to the production of shallots. Ecoenzyme and the interaction between ecoenzyme in the growing media gave an insignificant effect on the production of shallots as wet tuber weight per plot, dry bulb weight per plot and tuber diameter.

Water is one of our most basic needs and is necessary to preserve our standard of living. Water is a good that is socially sensitive, thus it must be used effectively and efficiently to ensure its sustainability. Supply-side interventions may not be as successful as they formerly were due to the increased use of water. Due to the rapid population growth, technological advancements, and economic growth, there is a constant increase in the need for water resources. Water demand management has received greater attention from academics than only supply side management. Water demand management in relation to water supply makes it feasible to estimate how much of the increase in water demand may be satisfied by effective and efficient use of present water supplies. The notion of "domestic water demand" is commonly understood to be the amount of water required for various residential uses. The present paper aims to study the domestic water demand in Rohtak city located in the state of Haryana. The study is based on primary survey and for the purpose of the study city has been split into two study areas, one of which is a planned zone and the other is an unplanned zone. Some selected variables have been taken for the present study i.e., average number of floors, number of families residing in the surveyed house, population size in surveyed nuclear and joint families, availability of green lawn in the house. In Rohtak city, the domestic water demand has been determined to be a function of income group. Many households have been noted to lack adequate water supply based on their household characteristics. Finding sustainable solutions will require an effective, affordable and ecologically acceptable integrated approach.

Women have a fundamental right to equality with males in all spheres of life, and improving their position, role and involvement in rural life must be a top priority. Additionally, women may and must fully participate in the process of sustainable development. As a result, it is crucial to incorporate gender perspectives into all policies, initiatives and programmes that can be accomplished through gender analysis. The MGNREGA programme has emerged as a leader in the empowerment of rural women and made a significant contribution to improved living and economic conditions by raising the minimum wage and establishing equal pay for male and female workers. From the perspective of women's empowerment, the MGNREGA holds out a lot of promise, particularly in rural areas where there are glaring disparities between men and women in terms of the opportunities for gainful employment provided as well as wage rates-the MGNREGA represents action on both these counts. To ensure that women have fair and simple access to employment, livable working conditions, equal pay, and representation on decision-making bodies, the Act and its Guidelines contain a number of measures. In light of this, this article attempts to analyse how MGNREGA has affected women's employment at the block level in the state of Haryana. It has been highlighted that the MGNREGA programme has helped increase the number of women employed in the majority of Haryana's blocks. The MGNREGA's most notable feature is that it pays women equally to men, which was essentially unheard of before.

An improving health services that are effective and according to hospital service standards and always followed by developments in science and technology to create quality services as stipulated in Law no. 44 of 2009. Over time hospitals are facing increasing pressure to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of their services, due to competition among healthcare providers, higher customer expectations, stricter checks for insurance payments, new government regulations, aging and reducing population government spending (Al Owad, Samaranayake, Karim & Ahsan, 2018). Waiting time for service is a problem that is still often found in health service practice, and one of the components that have the potential to cause dissatisfaction, where using a long time causes dissatisfaction with the patient. The long waiting time for the outpatient service process will hinder the running of the service, which has an impact on the queues that pile up and results in inefficient service. However, not all errors come from health care, Sukernas (National Health Survey) revealed that in general, only 59.7% of hospital outpatients in Indonesia were satisfied with the service, the rest were somewhat satisfied (32.3%), and some were dissatisfied (7 .2%) and dissatisfied (0.9%) (Iswanto, 2019).

The future of commerce lies in digital transactions. Internet has already altered the face of businesses and it is going to change the way businesses working. Impact of e-commerce on world economy is beyond our imaginations. With the development of electronic payment system like e-wallet, Unified Payment Interface (UPI), Digital cards and internet banking e-commerce has become mainstream. Alibaba Group Holding Ltd.'s Singles' Day shopping festival posted record sales of 540.3 billion yuan ($84.5 billion). It could not have been achieved if not for ecommerce. E-commerce has made it possible to reduce inventory and storage space required for the products. Items can be produced as per the demand on e-commerce and delivered, if required they can be stored at a place away from the highly populated cities making them cheaper to supply. E-commerce has given boost to production everywhere. Banks and Financial Services have also come up to help the rise of e-commerce. India's UPI has nearly 6 billion transactions a month, valued over Rs 10 lakh crore and touching 260 million users and this incredible rise is in just 6 years.

Chapter XXIV of the Code of Criminal Procedure deals with General provisions as to Inquiries and Trial. It shows that it applies to all the courts including a sessions court and hence all the courts have powers to add any person as accused. There are cases where after the production of evidence, the court reasonably believes that a person other than the accused has committed the offence. In such cases, the court has the power under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to summon, detain or arrest such a person after service of notice. Section 319 deals with the power of the court to proceed against other persons appearing to be guilty of such an offence for which the accused is prosecuted. The object of section 311 is that the whole case against all known suspects should be proceeded expeditiously and hence cognizance against the left over accused should be taken in the same manner as against the earlier accused. Therefore, this section talks about additional prosecution, when during the trial it appears to the court that a person who has not been joined as accused in the case has committed the offence, then in such a case, the person can be tried along with the accused. Section 319 of the CrPC ensures justice and takes into account the convenience of both the parties i.e. Prosecution and Defence by taking cognizance of the additional accused in the case already proceeded on. The code also takes into consideration the interests of the person who has been joined as accused via Section 319(4).

Customer orientation as a concept and its benefits has been discussed extensively over 60 years. Furthermore, even though the idea has been prominently discussed over the years, many organizations struggle to realign themselves in a customer-oriented direction. In the 21 st century, where the organization's focus should be to expand and make profits, the reality makes it harsh where most of the firms even find it difficult to sustain in the marketplace apart from meeting the customer's demands. This article makes a modest effort to identify various essential factors and build a holistic approach that would help organizations fight these challenges to be customeroriented. The conceptual model has created the strategy by focusing on three aspects in this paper (1) Employee orientation (EO) factors that prepare the internal customers of the organization (2) Customer orientation (CO) process that is led by the internal customers or employees of the organization effectively (3) Performance orientation (PO) that encompasses a set of outcomes which ensures sustainability in the marketplace. The primary objective of the conceptual model through this paper is to begin an intellectual thought for researchers and manager to think holistic and act focused across different contexts. The article concludes by providing various insightful directions where researchers could explore and study extensively.

The present study highlights the changes in rainfall pattern and temperature over the Andaman and Nicobar Islands from the historical and observational data. The challenges posed by climate change will have greater impact on these islands by way of erratic rainfall, persistent droughts and high temperature which results in severe water crisis particularly moisture deficit during summer months. Due to its remoteness, distinctive biodiversity, and coexistence of the mainstream population with tribal, understanding the weather and the impact of climate changes over these islands is very important. This is also true for the evolving climate resilient agricultural and biodiversity conservation plan.

India is diverse regarding social, cultural, and wide geographical variations. Strong patriarchal customs and a male hegemony-based social system are fundamental constructs in the north and northwest. Women's social and economic well-being is adversely affected by patriarchal social networks, and women are thus considered second-level citizens in that social structure. Women's work participation rates are directly related to societal or family development. Haryana is one of India's developed states, with a strong economy but a lack of gender equality and male hegemony in many aspects of life. The women"s status in Haryana is no more substantial than in the other parts of the country. The male-female sex ratio in Haryana state is significantly different, a severe worry for social-science studies as a demographic dilemma. Women's holistic empowerment is now required to care for them as part of an augmenting procedure that must lead to their social and economic transformation. As a result, this article aims to discuss the significance of female literacy, sex ratio, and work participation in women's empowerment, focusing on the gender perspective. The data for the study are obtained from the Census of India from 1991-to 2011. This study will look at the disparities in literacy rates, sex ratio, female labour participation ratio in Haryana, and women's empowerment. This study will provide a strategy for focusing more intensely on the concerns of women's empowerment through improved education status social and workforce participation with a holistic approach that includes people participation.

Illegal Human organ trading has acquired draconian dimensions. The altruistic donations have been outnumbered by black marketing in the human organs. Due to advances in medicine and surgery, organ and tissue transplantation has been transformed over the last 30 years from an experimental procedure performed only in highly developed countries to being a therapeutic intervention carried out in hospitals and clinics around the world. The shortage of available organs has created a thriving global organ market in which kidneys are the most traded commodity. A combination of poverty, a significant level of inequality, and an all pervading corruption makes India a fertile ground for this trade .
