This paper attempts to Heidegger’s relevance in examining the current business management practices with reference to Enframing. Enframing is a concept given by Heidegger, which refers to a specific revealing, under which it considers the Real as a standing reserve. Hence, it plans for the effective utilization of this reserve.

On the other hand, Management is a process of effective utilization of resources- whether men or material. In this sense, there is an obvious analogy between Modern management discipline and Enframing. Now, Heidegger criticizes Enframing as to revealing only a narrow aspect of the originary revealing. In this respect, we can also analyze various tools and techniques of decision making as the limiting factor of human decision making in general.

This paper presents the notion of the primordial man, and his language. Humans have always been inquisitive. Hence, it remains a predominant quest of any thinker to ponder upon who was the first man, from whom the current humanity has inherited its physical and spiritual characteristics. This quest also makes us speculate the primordial language, from which all modern languages are believed to have derived. Numerous thinkers since the antiquity have been wondering and pondering on this. They also formulated many theories. But it is not easy to reach any conclusion. We can also witness the conflicting theories about these primordials. Heidegger suggested that we cannot find the truth of historical humans through historiographical analysis. They are to be called as historical humans because they had history, but not in the sense of ordinary understanding of history. In this paper, I am primarily concerned with making a reflective yet argumentative account of the notion of Myth as the primordial language, and as the language spoken by the primordial man. This is an attempt to synthesize the ideas of a few philosophers to make it a balanced narrative. Introduction The objective of this paper is to discuss the notion of myth as a primordial language, the primordial human, and the possibility of new mythology from two different approaches, namely, structuralist and post-structuralist. The prominent thinkers to be considered here are Levi-Strauss, Ernst Cassirer, Martin Heidegger, Jacques Derrida, Gilles Deleuze, and Jean-Luc Nancy among others.

Heidegger's views on language present a radical departure from the conventional and dominant grammatical conception of language. This conception considers Man speaks Language as a system of the elements, structures, and rules. Heidegger, however, insists-'Language speaks'. For Heidegger, it is the language that actually speaks, and a man just responds to its saying. Here, Man's response is manifested as a human recognizable physical-physiological expression and is studied in the various disciplines of Linguistics, like-phonetics, semantics, syntax, pragmatics etc. Heidegger asserts that language needs a man to express its saying or essence, and so it equips man with the required mode of expression. Likewise, Heidegger gave a new conception of 'Technology'-not as a tool to facilitate human efforts, but as a mode of unconcealment. And, he brings forth the conception 'Enframing 1 ', as an essence of modern technology, and an obstacle to this unconcealment. He suggests that modern technology is the culmination of Aristotelian metaphysics, actually focuses on building up of framework or set of rules to make use of Reality as an object of calculation. Evidently, Enframing refrains human from grasping the authentic meaning-the true understanding of the Saying or Saga. Summarily, this study discusses a comparative understanding of the broader and narrower definition of both language and technology. Language, in a broad sense, is a medium of unconcelament or revealing, and not merely, a medium of expression-as a narrow sense. And, Enframing, as a narrow sense of technology, restricts language by ordaining its revealing. Under Enframing, a linguist aims to find the set of rules that govern language and so considers language as an object of calculation, thus follows the conventional conception.
