You missed: Grand Moff Tarkin played as Vincent Price's abominable Doctor Phibes.

(Obviously he commands the Death Star from the organ pit of a Grand Wurlitzer and is accompanied everywhere by a pair of voluptuous but silent female storm troopers: also, he's as personally murderous as Darth Vader. Hmm: because he's hideously disfigured he probably borrows Vader's breath mask at weekends. Keeps his beloved but dead wife in a block of carbonite in the commander's quarters.)

Well played. But does he come with a henchwench and if so, is she the one from the first movie or the second?

There's been some speculation that his loyal and speechless female henchperson is some sort of homunculus or other nonhuman creation or magical summon of Phibes: in the Star Wars universe, perhaps a droid assassin in human disguise or some sort of shape shifting alien? (There are apparently such species in expanded canon)

I can't speak to his role in the Star Wars universe, but Phibes and his assistant play a role in the very last Laundry novel ...
