This paper explains how a Arduino UNO can be used to analyze heart beat rate signals in real-time. In addition, it allows doctors to get the heart beat rate file of the patient by email every twenty-four hours. It can also be used to control patients or athletic person over a long period. The system reads, stores and analyses the heart beat rate signals repetitively in real-time. The hardware and software design are oriented towards a Arduino UNO system, hence minimizing the size. In the present study preliminary phytochemical screening was performed for Ethanolic leaf and bark extracts and results showed the presence of carbohydrates, alkaloids, tannins & saponins. These extracts were screened for their anti-microbial activity against the pathogens namely Staphylococcus aureus, Proteus vulgaris, Enterobacter aerogenes & Lactobacillus by agar cup-plate method. It is necessary to reduce power dissipation in the links in order to improve the overall performance of the system. A NBEI technique for serial NoC links is proposed to reduce the switching transitions in data thereby reducing the power dissipation in the links. The NBEI technique is coded, simulated and the results are compared to other coding techniques. The obtained result shows 46.13% reduction in switching activity.

    In the growing era of communication there is a need for frequency reconfigurable antenna which helps in deduction of antenna dimensions by considering the higher permittivity of the substrate. The need for frequency reconfigurable antenna is that, it able to change its frequency dynamically by the use of switching mechanism. The proposed antenna is fabricated using FR4 substrate having a thickness of 1.6mm. By configuring the P-I-N diode, two operating frequencies are obtained. This design can be switch between two operating frequencies 14.9GHz, bandwidth (800MHz) and 25.5GHz, bandwidth (1400MHz) in the case of diode ON and OFF conditions. The performance of the antenna is analysed at higher frequencies especially Ku and K bands due to the impact of PIN diode with two switch configuration is analysed. The proposed antenna is good for Ku and K band applications. Ku band is reserved for high power satellites intend for delivery of digital signal and mostly applicable for Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS). K band is applicable for satellite communication and weather report. The antenna is simulated using ANSYS HFSS software.

    The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about a great risk faced by health workers when attending to those infected. We can reduce the risk of infection and minimize direct contact with these patients. For this, we need to develop a smart substitute that can carry out some of the necessary tasks. Advances in IoT have led to different applications. This paper presents PILLBOT, which is a prototype that moves using voice control mechanisms. It has two main contents: Pill dispenser and Syrup dispenser. Pill dispenser is designed for patients who forget to take their medication in time and the Syrup dispenser is designed for patients who are prescribed cough syrups. The prototype can be controlled by the health worker via Google assistant with Adafruit.io cloud service and remote-control app. Once it reaches the patient, he/she can place the medicine container on a sensor-based platform that triggers the dispenser circuit, therefore, procuring the medicine. PILLBOT represents an ideal substitute for a service robot that can be remotely controlled.

A sensitive, accurate, and economic method for the simultaneous quantification of DRN and QCT in formulation is not found in the literature. Objective To develop a Reverse Phase -HPLC method for the simultaneous estimation of DRN and QCT in a DRN–QCT co-amorphous system. Method The co-amorphous system was prepared using a solvent evaporation technique with DRN and QCT in a 1:1 molar ratio. The separation was achieved on a Purospher® STAR C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm × 5 μm id (internal diameter)) column with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile and a 25 mM phosphate buffer pH 3.6 (60:40%, v/v).
