This research was carried out with the aim of determining the level of effectiveness of the implementation of online learning during covid-19 (Study in the Department of Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, State Universitas Negeri Makassar). This research uses a quantitative research approach with a descriptive type of research. The purpose of this study is to analyze the description of the quality of academic services by using the importance of performance analysis (IPA). The sample of research is 40 respondents from the National Informatics Polytechnic Student of Makassar. Quantitative data analysis techniques using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the quality of service has given positive response / good that was seen from the services provided by employee/staffs and lecturers in providing student academic services. This study aims to determine whether knowledge management and learning organization has an effect on employee performance at high school in Tangerang. Research data collected from questionnaires filled out by 180 respondents and the method used is the method quantitative research using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis with the statistical tool SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, learning organization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research recommends companies to continue to pay attention to the application of knowledge management and learning organizations so that can run effectively to improve the performance of high school employees in Tangerang.

This study aims to analyze and to explain the importance of institutional revitalization in public sector. The study used qualitative method in the form of case study where the focus of research was at the State Electricity Company (henceforth called PT.PLN) in Gorontalo Province. There were two main data sources namely informants (PT.PLN manager as the key informant and employees and customers as additional informants) and documentation. The data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. They were then analyzed by classifying, clarifying and interpreting. The results showed that firstly human resources in PT. PLN are still dominated by those who have relatively low formal education level. Besides, areas and levels of expertise are less than ideal. The research method applied in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Five informants participated in this study. Analysis of the data used is an interactive model and the techniques in analyzing data are by performing data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terkait dengan pelayanan administrasi akademik Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Makassar. Adapun jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah 237 orang yang terdiri atas mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran angkatan 2012 hingga angkatan 2014, dijadikan sampel sebanyak 71 responden dan 4 orang informan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the description of the marketing mix by using the importance of performance analysis (IPA) on Tailor Business in Makassar City. The research site was conducted at Emerald Executive Tailor Makassar City. The sample of research is 200 respondents of the customers. Quantitative data analysis techniques using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results show that the tailor business has quality products that are able to compete nationally and provide opportunities for customers to market products that have been made. however, there are problems such as: still promoting direct customer visits. whereas now direct visits have to be reduced because online media is available that is able to convey wider information. The issue of this study is a view on Oil & Gas’ CSR program and collaborative community development in KRZL Ltd. This study aims to analyze and discuss the collaborative process model applied to the clean water installation program to several villages in the Bula community, besides as a solution to the limitation of local government in East Part Seram Regency, Maluku Province. Primary data collection was conducted by using indepth interview, FGD and field observation, while secondary data was conducted by using document study such as CSR program rules and reports and brochure of KLZR Ltd. Descriptive qualitative analysis technique was used for data analysis. The results showed that by optimizing participation and active involvement of the community with KLZR at each stage of the collaborative processes proved more successful in implementing the CSR program development of clean water installation to the Bula community.

This qualitative descriptive study describes and analyzes the acceptability of teacher management transfer education policies at the Education Office of South Sulawesi Province. The research method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected by interviewing teachers and implementers involved in implementing the transfer of management policy. The data analysis used is descriptive. The results of the study indicate that the acceptability of teachers and managers of SMA/SMK in South Sulawesi Province shows their acceptance of this policy.
