Walimatussafar is a form of gratitude for the favor of being elected as a Hajj officer, a phenomenon that occurs before carrying out the Hajj pilgrimage to the Baitullah holding a prayer which is popular among the people in Indonesia, especially in the Tile Village, this celebration is carried out with the aim of saying goodbye before leaving for Hajj to the Baitullah, then to be able to clean the prospective Hajj pilgrims by apologizing before leaving for Hajj with this thanksgiving indirectly invites relatives, neighbors and friends to attend it in this way the prospective Hajj congregation can apologize directly for his mistakes during his life journey and ask for prayers. to be launched in carrying out Hajj. This study aims to determine istihsan's perspective on tasyakuran walimatussafar among Indonesian people, especially in Genteng Village by using istihsan bil urfi. The study used descriptive qualitative data collection using interviews and observations. The research subjects were people who carried out walimatussafar, totaling 2 people in Genteng Village, 3 Religious Leaders in Genteng Village, 2 people in the Community. The results of the research started long ago. In terms of the benefits of Walimatus Safar, this is good, because of the ethics of staying in touch, in it there is an element of educating, providing knowledge and information about the Hajj Walimatus Safar, which is a good tradition, because in it it is associated with elements of friendship, giving entertainment and mutual support. pray, so that mutual love grows among Muslims. The conclusion of this research is the Walimatussafar tradition seen from the aspect of urf, it is urf shohih which does not conflict with the Qur'an or Hadith and logic. In addition, Walimatussafar has good positive values, namely friendship, giving meals and praying for each other, so as to foster mutual love among Muslims.
