The aim of this study was to test, and analyze the effect of the human resources, discipline and infrastructure quality on performance at the Bulawa Public Health Center, Bone Bolango Regency. The population of this study were employees at the Bulawa Community Public Health Center, Bone Bolango Regency, it consisted of 35 people. This research method used was a quantitative type with a descriptive approach. The analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) algorithm approach. The results indicated that the quality of human resources had an effect on employee performance with a path coefficient value of 0.598 and a p-value of 0.000. Discipline affected employee performance with a coefficient value of 0.465 and a p-value of 0.003. Facilities and infrastructure did not have an effect on employee performance with a coefficient value of -0.149 and a p-value of 0.252. We used a descriptive qualitative method and collected data in three manners, i.e., interview, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using Mills and Huberman’s analysis model, through which we reduced, presented, and verified data as well as drew conclusions. It relied on a qualitative descriptive approach by revealing the phenomenon encountered by the farmers who received assistance in several villages, Bokat District. Data collection techniques involved interviews with several informants, continuous observations, and documents related to the poverty alleviation policy in Buol Regency. Further, data analysis was performed by data reduction and presentation, along with conclusion drawing. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, job satisfaction and career development on the Performance of the Auditor and P2UPD Regional Inspectorate of Pohuwato Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population and sample in this study were the staff of the Regional Inspectorate of Pohuwato Regency. Data analysis used multiple regressions. The results show that compensation has a significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance, career development has a significant effect on performance and compensation, job satisfaction and career development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance.

This research aim is to examine the effect of apparatus competence on public service quality of Financial Agency in Gorontalo District. It uses explanatory survey method with quantitative approach to analyze the effect of apparatus competence as independent latent construct (exogenous) on public service quality of financial agency as latent construct (endogen). The population of 100 respondents spread in offices of Gorontalo District Financial Agency and some Local Apparatus Work Unit (LAWU), and all population become samples. The data is analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS. The research results show that the effect of apparatus competence on public service quality of financial agency has path coefficient of 0.521 (52.1%) with t value of 7.919. Poverty alleviation had been a global and national popular concern. We expected to make concepts, ideas, and solutions to eliminate the social gap disparity. Pragmatic poverty allevation using a national and global approach ineffectively supported the social, politic, economic, and education development in the scope of local cultural diversity ecology. One of the strategies that might be applied was the approaches of the implementation of local autonomy policy and community empowerment using the local wisdom approach. The research applied the multivariate analysis using the PLS application and in-depth interviews. The research findings recommended an urgency to develop a poverty alleviation model by integrating the Grindle model into the implementation of the policy of Kartu Prestasi Tuntas Sekolah (KPTS, School Report Card) using the Mopohulinta (Mohulinta and Poohulinta) approach and community empowerment using the Huyula local wisdom approach.

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas X ADP¹ pada SMK Negeri 1 Limboto dengan menggunakan model cooperative learning tipe examples non examples pada mata pelajaran pada mata pelajaran korespondensi dengan indikator penelitian: jumlah siswa yang memperoleh nilai minimal 75 meningkat dari 53.33% menjadi 80%.Sebagai simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah telah terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas X ADP¹ SMK Negeri 1 Limboto.
