Резюме. Лидерът е фигура завладяваща с поведението, визията си за развитие и се явява цялостен модел за подражание. Той не само има за цел да приобщи сътрудниците си, но преди всичко се занимава със сплотяване на екипа и решава проблеми от всякакво естество, включително и междуличностни. Ето защо, емоционално интелигентния лидер е лидерът на съвремието, обединяващ хора от различни култури, проявявайки емпатия и присъщата си интелигентност, а именно на емоционално ниво. Настоящата статия представя емоционалната интелигентност, като дава аргументи защо лидерът е нужно да е емоционално интелигентен. В същото време, са представени и ползите за служителите, ръководени от емоционално интелигентен лидер. Представени са и два казуса за емоционална интелигентност на лидера.

Today all people become victims of harassment in one form or another. Harassment at work is a very hot topic nowadays as lot of women are objects during their work. The chapter is focused on presenting the essence of harassment and how it can take place in a kitchen. The first part discussed harassment and mobbing in the workplace. The methodology part presented a study conducted among women chefs and kitchen staff. The study was conducted through online questionnaire and included 39 respondents. Besides this, an interview with 13 women chefs has been performed. The study aims to understand if there is harassment in the kitchen and what forms it takes. It also aims to understand how women as chefs are perceived in their job positions and how they are harassed. The results show that women chefs have been victims of different forms of harassment in the kitchen.

Virtual communities are the most popular implication of the usage of Internet into business world. The article presents the nature of virtual communities and how they are functioning in the hospitality industry. The paper presents effectiveness of advertisement in the context of Internet. Effectiveness is a category, presenting the achieved result, compared to the resources invested for its achievement. Each manager wants to know what income will be achieved as a result of the advertisement. In the brick and mortar world it is extremely difficult to measure the effect of certain advertisement. However, Internet provides tools for quick and exact measurement of the invested money in advertisement. Factors, leading to effective advertisement in Internet are presented in the paper such as creative and media factors.

Abstract
Internet has changed the way customers interact with business. Today they decide which company to contact, they are the leading force in the relationship business-customers. Hospitality is also affected by the revolution, caused by Internet. Companies are trying not only to attract new customers but most of all are looking of ways to keep the loyal ones. In this regard, social media is an effective tool, used by the companies for many purposes. It is an excellent opportunity for driving traffic, retaining customers and offering promotions. On the other hand, customers prefer consulting with the other travelers rather than with their family or relatives. In this regard, Internet has affected the decision making process. While social media is an online connection network consisting two-way interaction for the blogs, e-mails for consumers, company discussion boards, chat rooms, consumer product, service review websites, internet discussion boards and forums. Internet affected the business by changing the business models.
Aim. The aim of the paper is to define the essence of social media, its types and characteristics as well as show examples how social media can be used by companies in the hospitality.

The competition between universities has increased in the last few years. The pandemic situation has contributed to the significant change the education is delivered nowadays. The image of the university and its identity has become of utmost importance nowadays. Universities are challenged to attract best students. In order to enroll successful candidates, they start branding their institutions and the corporate identities become the key to distinguish between the ocean of universities available on the educational market. That\s why the paper draws attention to what is corporate identity, its types Moreover, it focuses on how to measure the corporate identity on the example of an university.Corporate identity is key factor for the success of university, It attracts attention to the visual identity of the company and reflects the experience that stakeholders have with the company. The paper presents importance of cortporate identity of an university. At first, it presents the essence and types of corporate identity that university has. On the second place, it focuses not only on the factors, affecting creation of corporate identity for a university but also draws attention to the steps to measure it. For the purpose, methodology of measuring corporate identity of an university has been proposed.
