E-Commerce has grown from year to year. With the appearance of the user interface that is getting better, it makes users familiar with the user interfaces that exist in e-commerce such as Tokopedia and Shopee. This paper aims to know what are the effects of Design User Interface E-Commerce on User Experience. In this paper, we use the Systematic Literature Review Method to find data that we needed. By using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, 60 journal papers were obtained which is a secondary study. Based on secondary data, it is known that implementing the User Interface, User Experience, and E-commerce will produce a better appearance and increase the enthusiasm of the users or customers.

Significance For many decades, it has been commonly believed that all electronic states of a collinear antiferromagnet (AF) are spin-degenerate, unless the underlying crystal structure lacks centrosymmetry and has spin–orbit coupling. This has been essentially definitional for antiferromagnetism and is widely used experimentally to distinguish ferromagnets from AFs. Recently, it was demonstrated that a new class of magnets, possessing antiferromagnetic order and without net magnetization but showing a typical ferromagnetic response in many aspects, is possible. We predict that F e S b 2 , which is well known but poorly understood magnetically, is an incipient unconventional magnet of this type and can be pushed to become one by Co or Cr doping. Moreover, the calculated magnetic anisotropy is favorable for exhibiting various anomalous properties.

Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini untuk menganalisis masalah yang dihadapi oleh pihak eksekutif pada penjualan, pembelian dan persediaan di PT Lotus Pradipta Mulia Palembang. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode FAST dengan melakukan survei atas sistem yang sedang berjalan, melakukan wawancara, dan observasi serta studi pustaka untuk memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan dan menggunakan metode perancangan yang menggambarkan sistem DFD, Use Case kamus data, diagram hubungan entitas (ERD) dan melakukan perancangan proses, masukan dan keluaran serta rencana implementasi dari sistem yang diusulkan. Hasil analisa dan perancangan ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan memberikan kemudahan bagi pihak eksekutif untuk mengambil keputusan dalam menganalisis laporan-laporan yang disajikan secara grafis pada PT Lotus Pradipta Mulia Palembang secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Abstrak Hotel mempunyai peran yang cukup strategis bagi perkembangan dunia pariwisata, maupun sebagai sarana bisnis. Bandar Lampung sebagai Ibu kota Propinsi yang memiliki misi sebagai kota perdagangan dan jasa kini telah banyak berdiri hotel-hotel baik hotel berbintang maupun hotel dengan klasifikasi non bintang (melati), sebagai elemen penting pendukung kemajuan kota serta turut menunjang dunia kepariwisataan di Bandar Lampung, salah satu hotel berbintang tiga yang ada adalah Hotel Marcopolo dengan tingkat hunian rata-rata mencapai 70 - 80 % (tidak termasuk week end) dan masih membutuhkan peran pemasaran jasa yang baik dalam hal peningkatan tingkat hunian. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah Apakah tanggapan konsumen atas bauran pemasaran berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk menginap di Hotel Marcopolo Bandar Lampung. Hipotesis pada Skripsi ini adalah Tanggapan konsumen atas bauran pemasaran berpengaruh positip terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk menginap di Hotel Marcopolo Bandar Lampung. RICKY GUNAWAN Berdasarkan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis yang dirumuskan dapat diterima. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil pengujian secara statistik melalui regresi berganda. Secara statistik bahwa secara keseluruhan variabel bebas (tanggapan tentang: produk, tarif, promosi, lokasi hotel, SDM dan proses pelayanan serta bukti fisik) mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen menginap di Hotel Marcopolo di Bandar Lampung. Besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas tersebut terlihat dari nilai Koefisien Determinasi (R2) = 0,444. Ini berarti sumbangan seluruh variabel bebas terhadap keputusan konsumen menginap di Hotel Marcopolo di Bandar Lampung sebesar 44,40 % dan sisanya 55,60 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lain yang tidak diidentifikasi pada penelitian ini. Berdasarkan uji parsial untuk melihat keberartian dari masing- masing variabel bebas terhadap keputusan konsumen menginap di Hotel Marcopolo di Bandar Lampung digunakan uji t. Ternyata berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai masing-masing signifikansi -hitung di bawah alpha yang ditentukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 0,05. Ini berarti secara statistik masing-masing variabel bebas mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen menginap di Hotel Marcopolo di Bandar Lampung. Namun demikian ada variabel bebas yang tidak mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen menginap di Hotel Marcopolo di Bandar Lampung yaitu variabel lokasi hotel dan bukti fisik.

Abstract Tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol (THFOL), a valuable biomass-derived chemical, is an important precursor for producing linear diols and biodegradable solvents. Herein, we present the one-pot cascade conversion of xylose to THFOL over an Hβ zeolite-supported RuO2–Ru (RuO2–Ru/Hβ) catalyst. To elucidate the structure–property correlation of the RuO2–Ru/Hβ catalyst and achieve a high THFOL yield via sequential isomerization, dehydration, and hydrogenation, several synthesis methods, namely incipient wetness impregnation, reductive deposition, activated reductive deposition, and post-oxidative activated reductive deposition (ARD-O) were used. The best catalytic performance was obtained over the RuO2–Ru/Hβ-ARD-O catalyst. An almost complete conversion of xylose and a high THFOL yield of 61.8% were achieved after 1 h at 180 °C under an initial H2 pressure of 3.0 MPa in tetrahydrofuran. In-depth analyses of the RuO2–Ru/Hβ-ARD-O catalyst furfural (FFA)- and CO-probed diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectra indicated the formation of RuO2 at the corner and edge sites of Ru nanoparticles. The direct conversion of FFA to THFOL at interfacial RuO2–Ru sites without furfuryl alcohol (FOL) readsorption hindered the contact of FOL with the acidic support, which suppressed the formation of humin and other byproducts and led to a high THFOL yield.
