The aim of this study is to examine the educational internet usage self-efficacy beliefs of Turkish teacher candidates studying at Kafkas University. The study, carried out with the survey model, included 209 Turkish teacher candidates studying at Kafkas University in 2016-2017 academic year and they were selected by random sampling method. In the study, “Educational Internet Use Self-Efficacy Beliefs Scale” developed by Şahin (2009) was used as data collection tool. The Cronbach alpha value of the scale consisting of 28 items was found to be 0.95. The data obtained were analyzed using SPPS 17.0 package program. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the problems of Turkish instruction offered to the Syrians in line with teacher opinions. A semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers has been utilized in order to determine the opinions of teachers, managers and assistant personnel engaged in teaching Turkish to the Syrians related to the issues arising from the teaching environment and the teaching equipment and materials within the extent of the research carried out in form of a case study from the qualitative research methods. This study aims to examine the opinions of teacher candidates on the use of local dialect. 50 teacher candidates, who attended Kafkas, Kilis 7 Aralik and Ataturk Universities in 2019-2020 academic year from different branches and class levels, were chosen according to convenience sampling, and participated in the study which was designed as qualitative research and a case study. The data were collected through the five-question semi-structured interview form, developed by the researchers, and were analyzed with the content analysis method. As a result of the study, it was determined that teacher candidates did not lean towards the use of local dialect mostly, but they felt comfortable while using the local dialect and did not find it necessary to make efforts to reduce the use of local dialect. The sample of the study consisted of 419 students selected through random sampling among the students having education in Kafkas University Faculty of Education and Karadeniz Technical University Fatih Faculty of Education in 2016-2017 academic period. In the study, “Assessment and Evaluation General Competence Perception Scale for Teacher Candidates” developed by Nartgun (2008) was used as the data collection tool. The scale has three dimensions. The purpose of this study is to investigate teacher views on improving the speaking skills of Syrian students. It is a case study which was designed with a qualitative approach. In the scope of the study, semi-structured interview forms were used to obtain the views of teachers who teach Syrian students Turkish on improvement of the speaking skills of the students (reaching goals and targeted outcomes by teachers, including speaking activities, application of methods and techniques related to speaking, usage of instruction tools and materials for speaking). The sample of the study consisted of 43 teachers who agreed to take part in the study voluntarily. Convenience sampling was employed in the study. The purpose of this research is to analyze Turkish fairy tales in the context of educational properties of fairy tales. 10 Turkish fairy tales gathered around from different parts of Turkey by several researchers have been analyzed in the scope of the research conducted by document analysis method. Determining factors of the chosen fairy tales were that they had different storylines and characters and that they were from different regions of Turkey. The data analysis of the research was conducted with content analysis method and most of the analyzed fairy tales were exemplary to the reader-listener showing the characteristics of selflessness, bravery, benevolence, and honesty whereas some of the fairy tales were found to be weak in directing the reader-listener to act with confidence and use intelligence by portraying an image of dependency for supernatural powers while solving problems by the protagonists. Bu arastirmanin amaci Turk Dili ve Edebiyati Dersi Ogretim Programi’nin uygulanabilirligini Turk dili ve edebiyati ogretmenlerinin goruslerine gore incelemektir.  Arastirma kapsaminda Kars ilinde (Merkez ve Susuz, Arpacay, Akyaka ilceleri) cesitli liselerde gorev yapmakta olan 23 Turk dili ve edebiyati ogretmeni ile gorusmeler gerceklestirilmistir. Katilimcilar kolay ulasilabilir durum orneklemesi yontemiyle belirlenmistir. Arastirmanin verileri arastirmacilarca gelistirilen yari yapilandirilmis gorusme formu kullanilarak gerceklestirilen gorusmeler ile toplanmistir. Yari yapilandirilmis gorusme formunda acik uclu bes soru bulunmaktadir. Toplanan veriler icerik analizi yontemi ile analiz edilmistir. Yapilan arastirmaya gore Turk dili ve edebiyati ogretmenlerinin cogunlugu Turk dili ve edebiyati ogretim programinin ozel amaclarina ve kazanimlarina ulasamadiklarini ifade etmis ve bunu ogrencilerin yetersizligine baglamislardir.

The aim of this study is to analyse the speaking anxiety of Turkish teacher candidates studying in Kafkas University. The sample group of the research designed in the survey model consists of 181 Turkish teacher candidates studying in Kafkas University Faculty of Education in fall term of the 2018-2019 Academic Year, who are selected by the random sampling method. The “Speaking Anxiety Scale for the Teacher Candidates” consisting of three sub-dimensions, namely the “physiological symptoms”, “skill-related anxiety” and “psychological state” and 40 items developed by Kinay and Ozkan (2014) has been used in the study as the data collection tool.
