Bu calismada pastorize sut, yogurt, peynir, tereyagi, dondurma, salata, sarkuteri urunleri, yas pasta, baharatlar ve yas meyve-sebze olmak uzere toplam 1067 gida orneginde TS 6063 ve TS 7725'e gore koliform grup bakteri, fekal koliform grup bakteri ve E. coli sayimi yapilmistir. Analizler sonunda koliform bakteri, fekal koliformlar ve E. coli sirasi ile pastorize sutte (n-108) %58.3; %44.4; %20.4, yogurtta (n-102) %51.9; %47.1; %31.4, peynirde (n-97) %78.4; %75.3; %72.2, tereyaginda (n-91) %53.8; %52.7; %39.6, dondurmada (n-103) %75.7; %59.2; %29.1, salatada (n-84) %100.0; %91.7; %78.6, sarkuteri urunlerinde (n= 228) %73.7, %61.0; %50.9, yas pastada (n-84) %98.8, %91.7; %71.4, baharatlarda (n= 77) %80.5; %77.9; %54.5 ve yas meyve-sebzede (n=93) %87.1; %75.3; %52.7 duzeyinde pozitif sonuc alinmistir. Bu bulgular analiz edilen gida gruplarinda kayda deger olcude fekal kontaminasyon ve buna bagli olarak potansiyel tehlikenin buyuk boyutlarda oldugunu gostermektedir.

Fluoride ievels of underground vvater show variations reiated to chemicai composition of contacted earth layers and atmospheric conditions of fail regions. In this study, underground vvater fluoride Ievels were investigated in two separate geographicai environments where fluorite rocks are abundant in Malatya. The fluoride Ievels of vvater in research districts were found dearty high than control vaiues, aithough being lovver than WHO standards. It's a know fact that drinking water having vital importance for human being is becoming pollution more and more. in this study the transformations of free flowing fountains, municipal system and Harput drinking water of Elazig had been examined by taking to chemical analysis and microbiological examination between 1988 and 1995. it has been determined that depending on increasing of population the water of fountains especially in settlement stations cannot be used in the opinion of rules and Regulations of Food Materials.
