The purpose of this dissertation is the explanation, exposition and review of the know methods, in the transitional justice round, for overcoming traumatic and vastness social events, with national relevance and ideological repercussion, able to leave deep scars in one nation/state. Provided by a critical approach of the Colombian conflict, ongoing to the present day and considered one of the longest in humanity, which left wing guerrillas fight against paramilitary groups and army, will be discussed the peace negotiations treated by the government and the importance of the transitional justice for the region pacification. The need to overcome such a conflict arise more questions than answers. Controversial issues, as the systematic human rights abuse, compensation for victims of both sides, clarification of the past facts and the guerillas integration in the Colombian society and policy can lead to failure the complex conversations. Therefore, unavoidably, emerge the search of the “fair transition” and one legal paradigm: by one side, the concern with the protection and the human being respect such as universal values, and the conviction that this values cannot be postponed under any circumstances and on the other side the much desired peace.

O fenômeno das fake news, muito por conta da replicação quase automática das notícias falsas via redes sociais e aplicativos de comunicação, vem atribulando o processo eleitoral de diversas nações. Ainda não se sabe o impacto real que o compartilhamento de desinformação teve na eleição de Donald Trump, nos Estados Unidos, e está tendo na dinâmica politica brasileira. O que se sabe, no entanto, é que esse impacto está longe de ser desprezível. Apesar de a difusão massiva de inverdades ser considerada um processo atual, a história, não sem certa licença poética, está repleta de fake news. Elas já ditaram o rumo de guerras, manipularam a escolha de líderes e sustentaram regimes autoritários.
