Islam adalah agama yang tidak anti ilmu pengetahuan, dan sebaliknya sangat memperhatikan pentingnya ilmu pengetahuan, termasuk matematika. Dalam kaitan ini matematika dapat diintegrasikan sebagai sebuah pendekatan dalam memahami ajaran Islam. Integrasi matematika dan Islam dapat digunakan dalam memahami kriteria perbuatan yang bernilai ibadah, rumus keikhlasan dalam memberikan zakat, infak dan sedekah serta kuantitas dan kualitas balasannya dari Allah.

This paper examines issues of domestic violence in the perception of Islamic religious leaders on the island of Ambon. The problems in this paper are how the forms, perpetrators, and victims of domestic violence, which are dominant in society. Data were collected through interviews, and analyzed qualitatively descriptively. The result of the research shows that according to the perception of Islamic religious figure on the island of Ambon, the dominant form of domestic violence in society is physical violence which is often done by husband, or psychic violence done by wife to husband. Domestic violence perpetrators dominated by husbands or parents. While the vulnerable to become victims of domestic violence is the wife and children. It is relevant to the theory of power relations, nature theory, nurture theory and patriarchal ideology that is still dominant in society.

Violent communication in the household is the act of an abnormal communication of the husband on the wife that brings up the inconvenience of harmonious households. This study aimed to describe the motives, purport, and acceptance of in household violence treatment experienced by Muslim women in the Maluku. The research method used was the phenomenology that focused on purport study. This research used a qualitative approach based on the constructivist paradigm.  The data was collected through in-depth interviews and observations of the ten married Muslim women in Maluku. They were chosen by snowball sampling technique. The result showed that the in hosehold violence for Muslim women in Maluku have a "because" motive, such as: adultery, polygamy, communication barriers, disobedience of wife-husband fulfills its obligations, default character, unemployment, social patriarchy, economic dependency, neglect, the fulfillment of economic, religious, as well as social solidarity,...

Abstrak-Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga merupakan tindakan komunikasi abnormal suami pada istri yang menciptakan disharmonisasi dalam rumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan motif, pemaknaan, dan penerimaan perlakuan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang dialami perempuan Muslim di Maluku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fenomenologi yang terfokus pada kajian pemaknaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan paradigma konstruktivis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan pengamatan terhadap sebelas perempuan Muslim Maluku yang telah berumah tangga. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang dialami perempuan Muslim di Maluku memiliki motif pendorong berupa perselingkuhan, poligami, hambatan komunikasi, ketidakpatuhan istri-suami memenuhi kewajibannya, karakter bawaan, pengangguran, patriarki sosial, ketergantungan ekonomi, penelantaran, pemenuhan ekonomi, religi, solidaritas sosial, dan motif penarik berupa penyelesaian masalah, menutupi kekurangan suami, perasaan bahagia menaklukan perempuan, dan tanggung jawab. Pemaknaan kekerasan rumah tangga yang dialami menunjukkan kekerasan fisik, psikis, ekonomi, dan seksual. Muhammadiyah has Tarjih and Tajdid Councils with the competence
to do ijtihad on various legal problems experienced by Muslims, either
in the form of rethinking the existing Islamic law, or finding and
deciding legal judgment on new events in the modern era. Ijtihad done
by Muhammadiyah on contemporary Islamic law issues that are not
stated clearly in the Quran, uses bayani, qiyāsi, and istislāhi as well as
sadd al-zari'ah by referring to the principle of jalbu masalih wa daf’u
mafāsid. The ijtihad has produced various fatwas on the problems
faced by contemporary Muslims. Although there is a small quantity of
Muhammadiyah fatwa on contemporary Islamic laws compared to
the fatwa on non contemporary issues, it has contributed to the
dynamics of contemporary Islamic legal thinking in Indonesia.

Marriage gives material and immaterial rights to the wife in the household. But in social reality, many wives
do not enjoy the rights of material and non-material, because the husband does not carry out his obligations
responsibly. Therefore, forms of Islamic legal protection of the rights of the wife must be studied. The analysis
focuses on advocacy for the rights of wives for dowry, living fulfillment, and a sense of security, in the
perspective of Islamic law, to better protect the wife.

Domestic vilence has reached a stage which is very alarming, and caused suffering for the victim, whether physical, phsycological, sexual or economic. Domestic violence was commited father tohis mother as a child, or because the understanding of Islamic teachings that gender bias and strong patriarchal culture in society. Because this is the taechings of Islam as rahmatan lil a'lamin, then the law has given attention to law enforcement for domestic violence perpetrators. In this regard, law enforcement against perpetrators of domestoc violence in the perspective of Islamic law, adapted to the forms of violence done to the victim. Husband who do physical violence or subject to jarimah qisas diyat/fines. A perpetrator of economic violence (neglect of household) is punishable by imprisonment. Psychological violence perpetrators can be subject to jarimah ta'zir. Ta'zir penalty also imposed on husband who commit violence or psychic to this wife and forced his who is menstruating to serve the biological desire.

So that, human cloning can give benefit to husband and wife to get child. However, human cloning technology has negative implications in case of marriage, jurisprudence, guardianship, inheritance, and investigation of criminal offense, because a person may have children cloned without marital status that can underestimate the institution of marriage. The “Nasab” of cloned child is also unclear, so it affects the guardianship, inheritance, father's responsibility to the child. Therefore, Islamic law in Indonesia prohibits human cloning
