With symfony#11627, both the `ContainerDebugCommand` name and the `ConfigDebugCommand` name have been moved to the `debug` namespace. Thus, references should be updated accordingly.

I just noticed that #12939 does a subset of these changes. So I decided to cherry pick the commit from that pull request. |
