This issue is for tracking cherry-picks to the release branch. Following is release branch for the 2.5.1 release.

We're producing the 2.5.1 release on an accelerated timeline, so we're only considering a small number of critical regression fixes and documentation updates.

Only issues that have ‘cherry-picks’ in this tracker will be considered for the release.

@malfet: Rejected - Not a user facing issue (and installing newer cmake is an acceptable workaround for 2.5)

@malfet: Not needed, as we do not plan to rebuild the docker images for 2.5.1, but can pick it up later if there going to be more release related activity

Critical: Fix xpu windows wheel post build smoke test failure

@malfet: Not a regression, therefore not suitable for the emergency release
