The log output will only be generated if the assertion will fail. I don't think this is anyhow related to the RocksDB version upgrade. This mapping stuff is just ArangoDB-internal code and should not be affected by the RocksDB version we use. |

Scope & Purpose
Add error output (in maintainer mode only) when some certain assertions fails.
This prints the collections map of the RocksDB storage engine in case a collection is reinserted into it but the slot is already used for a different collection.
Testing & Verification
This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
