What Does This Do

Implements smarter exception stack trace truncation. The contents of error.stack tags containing exception stack trace of an errored span are truncated using the following logic:

if stack trace length exceeds the configured limit: abbreviate package names (e.g. org.myPackage.MyClass.myMethod becomes o.m.MyClass.myMethod)
if the length still exceeds the limit, remove lines from the middle of each exception stack, leaving 8 head lines and 4 tail lines
if the length still exceeds the limit, cut the centre of the stacktrace so that the length is exactly equal to the limit

Motivation

EVP has a limit of 5000 characters per field, so long stack traces are truncated anyway in the backend.
But the truncation logic there simply removes the tail of the stacktrace, often leaving it unusable.

Additional Notes

The truncation will be active only when Test Optimization (aka "CI Visibility") is enabled.
