(A) and (E): Are there clear winner(s)?; (B) and (F): Are the winner(s) mentioned in the abstract?; (C) and (G): Which type of winner(s) (W1, W2, or W3) is identified? (for the 43 papers on new methods only); (D) and (H): Is the new method presented in several variants? (for the 43 paper on new methods only).
