The behavior of the person, the impact of the culture in which he was born in the sense of magic and arguably the most important character holds a big place. The culture in which the person was born and raised, has an impact on business life as his social life. Impact on the Turkish rulers of Turkish culture so far not received much posi-tive reviews from various quarters. I think Turkey is the impact of the culture of the people of Turkey and the Turkish ruling on behalf of management approach to examine the relationship between the failure to take positive feedbacks will be a useful work.
