I would advise everyone to avoid them and go with another Vendor. My subscription just got renewed, which I didn't realise. I requested a refund within a few days and, they refused it. Strange. Terrible service.

Awful costumer service. i have 3 tickets open and nobody answers me. i have an active subscription, i'm paying but i can't use the app because the integration with Google Sheets doesn't work

Must AVOID at all costs, there support team is appalling and hardly gives a response apart from saying "try logging in and out" , paid £53 for the business feature for it not work whatsoever, you must avoid this company and it should be listed under scam, if it was up to me i wouldnt even allow this company to have an SSL certificate as they have taken my money and not provided the service, the support system is non existent, PLEASE AVOID at all costs

Its not a free trial

Its not a free trial, its a demo. This is misleading I am so very disappointed that panda are willing to waste a small business owners time like this! Just did a trial with Yoti Sign and the UX was superior, really smooth & fast process.

I don't recognise at all the negative…

I don't recognise at all the negative comments on here, i've found the document signing aspect of the site wonderful to use, an email exchange at the beginning with customer services was pain free and quick.

Careful using this platform, cant delete account yourself

Careful using this, you can't delete your account unless you speak to them. One of those shady SAAS tactics being used and their AI chat support is of zero help

Support is absolutely non existing

Support is absolutely non existing. I had urgent issues with a complete degradation of their theme and styles functionality.

It took more than 50 min to get through on the chat at which point the service was degraded but still somewhat working.

A ticket was then created and within 15 mins after the entire theming and style structure broke down. Not just our custom themes but also the standard themes they ship had lost all functionality.

Tried to update the ticket or conversation to no effect. Created another high priority ticket - more than an hour has passed now and not so much as a response. By know it has been hours since the issues began.

Seems human support has been scrapped in favor of a non intelligent AI bot.

If you have any kind of legal agreements with deadlines - hope to God that something does not break down because then you will be left to your own devices and are better off hoping for divine intervention.

NO SUPPORT.

NO SUPPORT.

I have been submitting urgent requests for support for the last FOUR DAYS. Yet to have a response. What has happened to customer service????

The worst software company I have dealt with. They are SCAM and money-hungry. I do not recommend subscribing to this product.

ABSURDITY HARD TO CONTACT SUPPORT OR SALES.

This has been one of the wors experience I ever have.

Nobody from sales has ever reach me. I literally submitt the contact sales aplication several times.

It is really hard to get in touch with someone.
from support I have to wait like 30 min to an hour to be attendet a chat box.

The free trial was fine and we were ready to sign with them but up to now nobody has ever answered.

Just give me what you're advertising

Just give me what you're advertising. I wanted to download a pdf or image file of my signature to apply to documents. They had me do that, then to access that I had to go through the whole typical signup process. They automatically added me to a billing program which is such a scam in its own right, and then at the end of that whole process they didn't even have the signature that I thought I had made. I absolutely hate companies that lure you in by having you create a document that they then won't let you access because of a paywall, then you get to the other side of that wall and they don't even have the document. What a waste of time. I hope the people that run this company lose their jobs, but I know they'll probably just continue failing upwards like every other scummy corporate bro in corporate America.

this company is a SCAM!!!

this company charged my card that i never gave them. we had a fraud alert. found out this company purchase cards from the dark web and charges them thousands of dollars then if you try to contact them all the phone numbers are disconnected or they are for some other staffing agency

Excellent platform with an outstanding team behind. With PandaDoc, I not only save time with bureaucratic tasks like building contracts, as also it turned the boring part of contract into one you want to draft because you k ow it will come in seconds to clients hands.

Great Platform

Extremely reliable, and gives me great visibility into the status of all open proposals, audit trails, etc.
