Bigin is a very usefull software. Its doesnt feel like you are complete overwhwlmed because the user navigation is very intuitive and you can start creating your crm for your needs very fast. I will stay with Bigin and see where it will help me go with my business.

Bigin by Zoho Crm is a great easy to use and setup CRM for small business that integrates well with other software, great with helping automate manual repetitive tasks in our business that saves us heaps of time each week. This software has allowed us to grow our business and not waste time on mundane tasks!

Bigin is a great CRM for any small company to start on. You cannot find another feature rich solution for this price. With the add-ons, you can add the functionality that you need beyond the basic CRM, as you need it. When you are ready, you can move on to Zoho's full blown CRM, which has many more features bundled in. For a small firm, Bigin is perfect to keep the sales pipeline and contact activities and events all completely organized. Very simple to use and to add any additional fields necessary. I would highly recommend.

Bigin Trial

I’ve been using Bigin during my trial, and it’s a great lightweight CRM for managing deals and contacts efficiently. The mobile app is particularly impressive—intuitive, easy to navigate, and syncs seamlessly with the desktop version. It makes keeping track of leads on the go simple, which is a huge plus.

That said, some features could be a bit more customizable, and I’d love to see more integrations. But overall, it’s a solid CRM that delivers great value, especially for small businesses looking for a straightforward solution.

We have been using Bigin by Zoho CRM, and the experience has been outstanding. It is an intuitive, easy-to-use platform, perfectly designed for small and medium-sized businesses looking to improve customer and sales management without the complexity of a traditional CRM.

What we love most is its simple and seamless interface, which allows our team to manage opportunities, automate tasks, and track progress effortlessly. The integration with other Zoho tools and mobile compatibility make accessing information quick and efficient anytime, anywhere.

Additionally, its pipeline-based structure makes it easy to visualize and organize every stage of the sales process, optimizing our workflow and boosting productivity. The customer support is also excellent—always responsive and quick to resolve any inquiries.
