FORMS MANAGEMENT MISSION AND SERVICES
Army Publishing Directorate provides stewardship for all Department of the Army forms and manages the life cycle of Army forms (cradle to grave).
The Forms Management Division reviews, creates, and revises forms that are used Army-wide. During the publishing process the Division conducts a formal review of all Administrative and TRADOC publications for forms implications.
The new fillable PDF forms have replaced both the Lotus Forms in XFDL format and the non-fillable PDF forms.
