Born in the Great Quincy Empire in the World of the Living, Ichigo Kurosaki is a 15-year-old Quincy training to bear the coveted title of Sternritter A with the Ishida family to protect his mother and sisters from the remaining Shinigami clans that survived the destruction of the Soul Society 1000 years ago by Yhwach. Being different from the rest of the Quincy and Elite Sternritter, due to his instinctual Shinigami skills and having Hollow reiatsu, Ichigo seeks answers about his heritage and the world around him. Who will the Apothesis choose to be, a King of the Universe or another Horse of the Current King?

El Gotei 13 que literalmente significa "13 Escuadrones de Guardias de la Corte" es el organismo al que la mayoría de los Shinigami graduados en la Academia se integran, y una de las tres principales ramas del ejército de la Sociedad de Almas.Byakuya Kuchiki un joven noble arrogante, orgulloso y sobretodo recto en los términos de la ley . Su vida siempre a estado rodeada de lujos y comodidades pero apesar de ello el simple echo de pertenecer a una de las Cuatro familias nobles más importantes no implica que sea inmune a la crueldad de la vida. Tras su máscara de niño consentido aristocrático se esconde un profundo dolor que muy pocos conocen.
Hisana una simple niña del Rukongai que es buscada por el capitán Jūshiro Ukitake pero ara todo lo posible para no ser encontrada . Desde muy pequeña fue entrenada para odiar y matar a todo shinigami que viera, pero lamentablemente ella nunca sintió odio a ellos, solo queria ser libre de todo peso . Pero como todo deseo tiene un precio ella deberá pagar pecados que no les pertenece.
