When you purchase the Expansion Pass, three new treasure chests appear in the game's Great Plateau area. Inside one of these chests, Link will find a shirt bearing a familiar crest: the Nintendo Switch logo! The other two chests provide useful in-game items for Link's adventure.
DLC Pack 1 adds The Trial of the Sword, Master Mode, Hero's Path Mode, the travel medallion, and new armor.
DLC Pack 2 includes The Champions’ Ballad, nine armors you can find while treasure hunting, and an ancient bridle and saddle.
There are three additional ways to purchase the Expansion Pass for Nintendo Switch.
These are the ONLY ways to purchase the Expansion Pass for Wii U.

DLC Pack 1 and DLC Pack 2 cannot be purchased individually.
Note: 3 GB of available storage are required on the Wii U system or external drive to play the main game. An additional 2.5 GB of storage is required to play DLC Packs 1 and 2. For the Nintendo Switch version, 2.4 GB of storage is required to download and play both packs.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Expansion Pass can be downloaded only in regions where Nintendo eShop is available.
