The paper shall present the problem of refugees in Czechoslovakia in connection with events of th... more The paper shall present the problem of refugees in Czechoslovakia in connection with events of the year 1938, mainly with the annexation of border regions that were results of Munich Pact. There has been problems of refugees who had come to inland without any resources. The paper shall focus on legal regulation of the situation as well as of legal possibilities of pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage remuneration of the refugees for losses they suffered by the annexation. Major part of the presentation shall focus on the period of Second republic and of Protectorate.
