The health information presented by the system must be accurate, timely and complete so as to be a major part of making the right decision. Developments in information technology and telecommunications result in changes of the role of information technology systems in helping organizations become more efficient. The information system is part of a system in an organization that utilizes the information to meet the needs and solve the encountered problem. This paper explored a non-laboratory approach to effectively predict relative physical activity intensities using regression algorithms on multimodal physiological data. 22 participants completed 5 to 7 physical activity sessions where each session consisted of 5 activity trials ranging from sedentary to vigorous. During the trials, participant's heart rate (HR), r-r interval (RR), electrodermal activity (Eda), and body temperature (Temp) were recorded using wearable sensors. Immediately after each trial, participants provided their rating of perceived effort (RPE) using the 6–20 Borg scale. This work used both person-level features and features extracted from each of the sensor modality; followed by a feature selection step. In recent years, e-coaching systems have played an increasingly significant role in promoting a healthy lifestyle and positive behavior change. Research efforts have grown to provide more useful and effective e-coaching systems for research or other purposes. The implementation of e-coaching systems resulting from these efforts utilizes several techniques including Artificial Intelligence (AI) methodologies. This study proposes a personalised approach to support an e-coaching system that is tailored to the user’s characteristics. A key component of this system comprises an ontological model of the user profile. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem e-prescribing , Sistem ini berfungsi sebagai pembuatan resep secara digital, pencatatan obat dan penyakit di klinik. Dengan menggunakan sistem e-prescribing dapat memudahkan para dokter dalam pembuatan resep secara online. Alur kerja dari sistem melibatkan tiga entitas: Dokter, Apoteker, dan Administrator. Dalam membuat dan mengelola resep elektronik menggunakan e-prescribing melibatkan beberapa langkah: Autentikasi, identifikasi pasien, melihat data pasien, pemilihan obat, pengisian parameter, lihat farmasi dan cetak dokumen. Sistem ini diimplementasikan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter, sistem database menggunakan Phpmyadmin, dan jaringan menggunakan arsitektur client-server. Dengan menggunakan e-prescribing , otorisasi pembaharuan dapat menjadi proses yang bekerja secara otomatis yang  meningkatkan efisiensi dari pemberi resep (dokter) dan apoteker. Kata kunci: e-prescribing, resep obat eletronik, pencatatan medis Abstract: This research is about designing and implementing an e-prescrisbing system which automize the documentation of patient’s medication histrory and drug prescription. This e-prescribing system was designed to help doctors in writing prescriptions, to eliminate hand-written prescriptions, to decrease the risk of medication errors and liability risks. The work flow of the system involves three entities: Doctor, Pharmacist, and Administrator. Creating and managing prescriptions electronically in e-prescribing practice involves several steps: authentication, patient identification, patient data review, drug selection, parameter filling, pharmacy review and document print. The system was implemented using Code Igniter framework, Phpmyadmin as database system, and the network is based on client-server architecture. By using e-prescribing, renewal authorization can be an automate process that provides efficiencies for both prescribers and pharmacies.
