What to embed on my website

I apologize but I am confused. I need a simple explanation. I have a website: truthu490.info I refer all the videos to Rumble. I had them going to the original URL, but should I be using the ones ending in 228dh.

For example:

I want to use the least data on my website. I know there are three options, not including the original:

Embedded player Embed iframe url Monetized direct url

Which one should I be using?
