Locations & Flexible Work Arrangements

All employees are assigned to an office in Michigan, Mississippi, New Mexico, New Orleans or Mexico City. Many roles are hybrid, allowing for a degree of flexible location or scheduling arrangements. Staff with a community focus work from the same state as the community they serve. All staff need to be accessible and travel to their office periodically for team development and relationship-building.

Our Workspaces

Our workspaces allow for creativity, collaboration and connectivity in our new hybrid environment. From generous-sized personal workstations, to open work tables, team rooms, privacy enclaves and comfortable lounge areas, staff can find the right balance of focus and collaboration.

Battle Creek

When staff visit our headquarters in Battle Creek, Michigan, they find amazing lunch service, an onsite fitness center, outdoor walking trail, an ATM and a secure parking garage – all centered in our walkable downtown area close to local restaurants and shops.
