Motivation
[edit]Considering removed feature (P756) already exists, adding it should be a no-brainer and would allow documenting a software feature's lifespan. This was requested before but rejected as the request did not state any motivation. The property creation policy does not mention what to do in cases like this so I am initiating a new request.
