subclass of
[edit]As seen in Talk:Q308915, this should be a subclass of (P279) free software license (Q3943414) and not an instance of (P31) free software license (Q3943414), because the GNU GPL it's not a license itself. Instead, the GNU GPL v$ is a license itself. --Valerio Bozzolan (talk) 23:05, 13 March 2017 (UTC)
- But also we should not remove instance of (P31). We can keep both. Talk:Q308915 --Valerio Bozzolan (talk) 10:11, 14 March 2017 (UTC)

Open Source Initiative
[edit]At the moment the statement approved by (P790)Open Source Initiative (Q845918) was marked as deprecated. I've set it as normal again but, if it really need to be deprecated, please indicate also a reason for deprecated rank (P2241) or feel free to discuss here. - To support my good faith, note that, at the time of writing, there is the statement instance of (P31)OSI-approved license (Q1156659). Valerio Bozzolan (talk) 07:41, 7 September 2022 (UTC)
