The Artistic Vocation Unit is the entity in charge of generating a space for student participation in artistic and cultural activities. Its existence is based on the need to provide students with tools in the area that contribute to the integral formation of our students, according to the Institutional Educational Model (MEI).
Comprehensive Culture Courses
These are practical courses, taught once or twice a week, with a total of 4 teaching hours, directed by a professor specialized in each subject. The main objective of these courses is to contribute to the integral development of the future professional, trained at the Universidad de Santiago de Chile. Some subjects are painting, sculpture, theater, guitar, folkloric dances, among others.
Vocational Ensembles
These are groups made up of regular students, led by a director in each specialty, who represent the University of Santiago in events and ceremonies, both inside and outside the institution.
Currently, the vocational ensembles include:

- Student Choral Ensemble
- Women’s Estudiantina
- Vocational Theater Group
- Chamber Music Group
