Nonexistent customer service

My order was placed Oct 30 and today is Nov. 21—no order received. No communication from Toolmart updating me on my order. I have left 4 messages asking for an update—they claim they will call back instead of having you wait by the phone. Today Jeff called and left a message with no update. I have since left 2 more messages asking for a callback.

I ordered 10 Dremel accessories on Aug…

I ordered 10 Dremel accessories on Aug 22. Received half of them on Sept 11. Sent email on Sept 11 with request to send 5 more. Sent email on Sept 29 asking for the rest of my order. Sent email on Oct 29 asking for the rest of my order. Received a Package from Toolmarts on Oct 31 with the wrong product. My order is still not fulfilled. Today I logged into my account on Toolmarts and found another customers $5K order TM- listed on my account. This company has serious challenges and if I were to do it over, I would go elsewhere. I gave up. Buyer beware.

Ordered a Milwaukee Rip Fence on July…

Ordered a Milwaukee Rip Fence on July 4th 2024 for the new 5 3/8 M12 circular saw ( Your Order #TM-048474 ) that was 11 days ago.
1. Unlike legitimate online sellers they don't send a confirmation or a shipped email, with a tracking number.
They don't answer their phone, ever.
They sat leave a message and they'll call you back and never do. It's pretty sad when this kind of criminal activity is allowed to continue to cheat people . Funny how just after this was posted all these positive reviews from last year suddenly show up. That's not suspicious at all.

8ft Makita saw track

I ordered an 8ft Makita saw track. It arrived about five days after I placed the order and the packaging was the best I've ever seen. Items like this bought from other vendors would usually arrive in a cheap cardboard box. Thus item was packaged in a plywood framed box that guaranteed an undamaged delivery. I know they didn't manufacture the track, but if they are responsible for the packaging, they deserve two thumbs up.

Had a missing part

Had a missing part, sent email and never received a reply from the company about the situation... Customer service doesn't exist... No number to call just email to which they never reply, now stuck with a $250 roaster without a handle...
UPDATE: I was finally able to get a response from company and they sent me a handle, yet it still took 2 weeks to receive...

Everything was really good

Everything was really good, a bit long waiting time, but that's actually understandable, because you can't buy that tool anywhere, so as far as I understand, it was ordered directly from Japan. The delivery is perfect, everything is clean and packed from the factory

Great Products, Excellent Customer Service

I recently ordered capacitors, which worked. When I emailed customer service with a question, the response was very fast. I think we can all appreciate when we receive great service! I will not hesitate to order other products in the future based off of my experience.

Quality materials

The materials I ordered were of good quality and performed well in my wood shop. The web site was easy to navigate and the company had a wide range of products that I use on a regular basis. I have since placed an order after my initial one about a month ago. The only reason I did not give a five star rating is the lack of communication after only part of order was received. It took a few days, but I did receive an email explaining the reason why only part of the order was shipped. A few days after the email, I received the rest of my order.

Awesome track!

Product was at a great price and free delivery! Came sooner than expected. Shipping company was easy to deal with. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend this site to all.

Wrong size blades!

I ordered two Festool saw blades with the expectation that they would be delivered within five days. The delivery finally came after two weeks and the blades shipped were not the blades I ordered. I ordered 216mm and was sent 260mm. While I realize this was just and error in the fulfillment - I have received no response to multiple calls and messages left, an email request for return authorization and a facebook message to their company.

Bad customer service, but good product and fast shipping

Bad customer service, Shipped me one part but the product was supposed to be a set of 5. Called twice and emailed twice with No response. After leaving a comment on their Facebook page I finaly got a response and learned that they were out of stock and could not supply the missing 4 pieces. They gave me a refund for the missing 4. They told me they are going to do better with the customer communication. I would have given them 5 stars if they had sent a note with the original order saying there were no more in stock, and/or if they would have responded to my emails or phone calls. Whoever is in charge of their customer service needs to be replaced because they have no idea what good customer service is

Expensive equipment not shipped, no communication

We placed an order for an industrial vacuum, but after checking in two weeks after placing the order we're told that "it could be 1-2 more weeks or so" until the order can be fulfilled. What use is buying products from a supplier if they can't be bothered to list if something as back-ordered? I'm not cleaning out my car with a $2k dust extractor - we needed this machine for a restoration job that now has to wait, costing us time and money. Will the order be shipped? I asked and they never responded :(
