Nonexistent customer service
My order was placed Oct 30 and today is Nov. 21—no order received. No communication from Toolmart updating me on my order. I have left 4 messages asking for an update—they claim they will call back instead of having you wait by the phone. Today Jeff called and left a message with no update. I have since left 2 more messages asking for a callback.
