I like the products and find quality…Very good products. Will keep looking here first when needing products.

I like the products and find quality very good. I was disappointed when I found "Free Shipping" also required a surcharge of 15 dollars.
I just found out it was an issue of my rural area caused the 15 dollar charge. Graciously, as Spinlife does, refunded the 15 dollars. Surprised and pleased.

deliveries not as offered on website

Should note lithium batteries can only be shipped by ground, Needed for a trip on Friday, may not get here on time. Otherwise helpful and pleasant to work with.

Don't trust the reviews for products they sell.

I purchased a powerchair vehicle lift from Spinlife a year ago and have sent in several reviews about the poor quality and how the lift is no longer useable. I only use this lift 3 to 4 times a month, nowhere near what it is advertised weight and normal use (everyday) advertised, and one year later the frame and has bent so bad that it hits the ground when swinged open and I can't put my powerchair on it because it bends down so much it hits the ground. this is the frame that is bent. I have sent in several reviews on Spinlife website so that customers know about this unit, but they will not post my review because it is negative review but someone who posted a positive review after I sent my negative review gets posted right away. I wonder how many negative reviews they have not posted that may have given me to the information to not by this poor-quality lift. I am now stuck with a lift that is not usable and had to buy a new lift.

Don’t order if you want in a timely manner…

When I initially ordered a wheelchair cushion it told me that estimated delivery would be September 16th. I then got an email saying that it would not even ship until September 20th that is 10 days after I placed the order. Don’t order if you would like your items in a descent time frame.

The quality of the listening to my…

The quality of the listening to my requirements and dreams, then the advice as to which model of mobility scooter would match. Phil never gave me the impression that he had something better to do or any place he had rather be. This is rare and valuable especially when one is nrevous about spending a lot of money.

Great Sales Rep / Website Lacking Details

Rep was fantastic, extremely knowledgable and was able to point me to resources that the company's website lacked (In fact 4 star is the right rating based on the website's lack of details and clarity, but the rep earned the extra star). Prices were competitive with any other site or better. Wish they had more Lift Chairs in stock. Purchased Golden HiLow Bed.

Jazzy Carbon cup holder -- a great product!

The Jazzy Carbon cup holder is well made and very sturdy, and it fits into the arm of the power wheelchair perfectly. Although the initial shipping estimate was l ~6 weeks, three days later I received notice that the product had shipped, and it was delivered the day after that.

The chair we had originally ordered did…

The chair we had originally ordered did not have the feature we needed and there was an upcharge for a 500# weight capacity which we did not need. When we contacted you, we had decided to keep the chair and order another with the features we needed making sure to get the correct one ordered. We did get an adjustment for the upcharge which was acceptable.

Incomplete order. Arrived and unable to install rail as wrong bed frame. Do NOT purchase from Spinlife

Delivery poor. Two young men didn't even know what they were delivering. Missing bed rail. No verbal or written instructions.

Have not received battery charger

Have not received battery charger. Paid credit card, no charger. Making an effort to pass on disappointment to others. Did houthies torpedo ship? EW-10 THREE SETS OF BATTERIES, no range more than 6 Km. Wish death would come soon. San Jose Police do not like EW-10 on streets. The only repair service 20 km away. AAA will not tow EW-10, although a member 64 years. To quote my doctor 'stroke looking to happen'. NO PHONE service terminated in May. Trying to order another phone, fail 'Robot' test.

Battery Issues on Pride Zero Turn 10

Spin Life Mobility Zero Turn 10 scooter UPDATE:

Spin Life has sent, and I have received at NO COST to me, 2 brand new batteries!

Upper management at Spin Life made sure those batteries were shipped and received within 2 days of their contact with me.

Based on the time it took for upper management to get involved my rating has been upped to a 4 star. If the initial contact had resulted in those batteries being shipped the rating would have been upped to a 5 star.



I purchased a Pride Mobility Zero Turn 10 scooter from Spin Life in late September 2023. Battery charging issues started within the first 3 months. Upon contacting Spin Life they suggested different routines for charging which were put into place. However those battery charging issues persisted until finally early in September 2024 the batteries failed and were declared no good by a local battery store test. Upon contacting Spin Life they used the line that the battery warranty had passed, it was 3 months, and there was nothing they could do. My point is that batteries like that should last up to 5 years and they could have at least discount priced some replacement batteries to me.

Spinlife made a bad situation right, what more can we ask?

An update - After an extended period of time (not Spinlife's fault), and a tremendous amount of help by Elaine (who I cannot say enough good things about), we have reached a successful conclusion. Spinelife did the right thing, and absolutely made things right for me. I will absolutely be a forever Spinlife customer, moving forward. Thank you, Elaine, and the rest of Spinlife, for all you did for me through this process.

Ok, after having worked with Elaine, from Spinlife, for an extended time, I believe we have come to a mutually agreeable resolution. I am so very fortunate to have been able to work with Elaine, who is a wonderful person, very knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly extremely helpful, she is truly a credit to Spinlife, and they should be proud to have her.

Full resolution may take a few more days, and I, of course will update this review once everything has been settled. For now, I am very happy to the solution we have found, and I cannot thank Elaine enough, for all she has done for me during this very trying process!

Quick response

I appreciate your quick response, I’ve been needing batteries for a while now. I’m mechanical so I knew what to do, but some people are not. I think that if you could get them ready to install like you did when the scooter came, it would be helpful and I wouldn’t see so many for sale without batteries.

Spin life has the largest inventory of mobility products

I searched & researched SpinLife & other mobility product companies & found Spin Life to be the best in info, variety & experts. I finally decided to buy the Travel Ease Power Chair. I got all the info & ordered it online with 2 accessories & a healthy discount. It was inexpensive compared to many power chairs out there. This is my 3rd mobility product from Spin Life. I will receive it 12/25/23.
