Been opting for IGP for a very long time. It is one of my most trusted gifting options in India and also abroad.
can trust the quality of the products delivered blindly. no compromise and complete value for money.The delivery is quick and assuring.
HOWEVER , recently a couple of deliveries were done before time. The website has a 'time-slot' option that we choose, taking into consideration the availability and the convenience of the receiver, unfortunately , more than once things were delivered early, left at a unsecured location... which was scary.
ALSO .... I had tried to order Persolanised item for USA and BELGIUM, which was available before, but I was refused later.
I wish IGP , would take care of a few of the above things and delight its customers.

This site only works on hit n trial method. Sometimes they will deliver my items and other times they dont. After reaching out to them they just say that we tried to deliver but the premises were closed, I mean what do you even mean by that I ordered the delivery to my house and didn’t even get any text or calls nor email saying that they were unable to deliver. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Honestly, worst experience ever. I ordered a diwali gift that got delivered EARLY despite being reassured this will arrive for Diwali and also confirming in an email what date it would be delivered. The person this was intended for was not even there to receive this given the incorrect timelines confirmed. Worst company ever, asked for a refund got told no. Complete waste of money and the hampers are absolutely cheap looking. never again. do NOT buy from them. £100 in the bin. had they refunded this or taken it seriously i would not be writing this review. all went in the bin.

Don't buy from these frauds. messed up my gift order and them shamelessly offered me a $7.00 credit. I ordered a gift which included some 200gms of sweets. Sweets received were all covered in green mould. It took this team to work out that it was a mistake on their part and then brazenly offered to settle this matter by offering $7 credit.

Very very poor service I specially order fast delivery with extra money on the occasion of bhaidooj.i sent on 31st to India
My family receive missing things they only get half things delivered main roli n chawal was not delivered yet.i m msg even 2 hrs n they said its on its way.its 7pm as of nov2.still not received the remains stuffs.very poor service don't recommend to anyone e

Nothing much to say but I had been a valuable customer for the IGP since a year. So it's a healthy experience though. Specially the gift hampers in its outcome is really a mind soothing for anyone to make. I really enjoyed purchasing gifts from your site. My experience is great on IGP. I always find good product hamper for the occasion and the quality and delivery is on point. What I mostly like about the IGP is the packaging of any product is brilliant. But the sweets are bit too expensive according to the quantity. Otherwise, I will recommend everyone to go and shop on IGP.

Very disappointed, do not trust this site. I ordered a very expensive Diwali hamper to deliver in Australia but they never delivered my parcel. On reporting they just give you a ticket number but no one helps or refund your money. The driver never reached out and the team in fact on contacting just gives you a ticket number and nothing else. Do not use this site, not recommended, do not waste your time and money. My order number is 13093823. The third party is saying to pick up the order from 2-hour drive, my family member took off from his job to be at home to receive the order but The driver never reached out, and now lying making the fake stories.

Very bad experience.
We took hours two select two B day cakes for my daughters. Both of them arrived damaged. IGP was not able to help us with resolution for this during the situation No back up plans with them or replacement or next delivery attempt. No care for customer at all
They blamed on Zomato for delivery issues.
The cake was packed in a normal thin card board box. The guy who delivered it kept one top of the other also without any commonsense.
We got into real trouble as party was about to happen in next 2 hours. We had to arrange two ordinary cakes from nearby shop after that.
They spoiled our day and mood of our kids as well.
I would recommend never ever order cakes from here if you need it in proper shape. As there is no option to give minus rating, I am forced to give 1.

Additionally, I must commend the quality of the cake I purchased; it was not only visually appealing but also tasted great. The cost I paid for the cake was also acceptable in relation to the quality provided.
