I've been acquiring domain names since 2000. Porkbun is by far the best registrar to use. They provide services for free such as privacy, that others charge for without reason. They are enormously helpful and responsive. I don't use anyone else right now.

Porkbun is a very easy domain website to navigate. Their prices are reasonable and fantastic. They give you your sale price for the first year and then the original price that will be paid after the first year so you know what you're getting into. They have a lot of cute and quirky details about their website that make you laugh, giggle, and is still professional!

So far we have had a good experience with Porkbun systems, support and customer service over the last year. As compared to our last provider, they are reasonably priced and as far as we can see, not cutting any corners either. We highly recommend them.

This was my first domain purchase in twenty years. A lot of the competition had far higher prices and they charged for every feature. Porkbun does charge for extras, but I feel that the pricing is fair aside from e-mail, which I host myself anyway. Their interface is fairly easy to use and the information for uploading to your web storage or accessing you MySQL database is very easy to find.

I have made quite a few websites and from past experience I will say that porkbun is very quick. They make enabling security features simple. They offer a lot of variety, for example I've chosen static hosting as I do not need to run anything in particular. Overall the entire process was smooth and I am super happy with their services.

In the past I've used GoDaddy and Namecheap. This was my first experience with Porkbun and I like this company soooooo much better! No major upselling during check-out process. Plus, their website is a simple clean interface- very straightforward. Highly recommended. :-)

my cloudflare registrar domain registration was failed and i was stuck with a payment on provision, no domain registered, and with convoluted ways to access support (which has resulted in 0 support).
porkbun was the second most recommended alternative in the reddit threads i'm reading. i wanted to give it a shot, and voila, i have my registered domain in 10 minutes!
and i love how goofy, funny, simple and not-so-corporate look of the entire website/interface. you're doing a perfect job!

Everything is fairly straightforward. The only thing that concerned me a bit was during account creation when I had to wait a while for the email to show up. I wasn't sure how long I should expect to wait or what would happen if I hit "cancel" (in the case that the email never shows up).
Thankfully the email did show up after a few minutes, but I didn't like the feeling of those few minutes too much, basically not knowing what to do exactly.

They not only have one of the lowest prices in the industry, they also have really good support, they don't try to hide any of their prices, everything is upfront as it should be, the website is easy to manage and the backend is super friendly.
I honestly do not understand why people keep paying for expensive registrar with much worse support.

I've been using Porkbun for years! Love the ease of purchasing domains and other services. Their prices are the most transparent in the domain market, not to mention they tend to be below the going rates paid for elsewhere. No hidden fees or sneaky marketing tricks to bosst cart value. The only pitfall I see at this point is no affiliate programme for those of us who recommend them time & time again... but it's not the end of the world!
For me though, as a brand designer, the icing on the cake is their branding being so on point. It brings so much joy when I visit their site to manage one of my domains or whenever their "New Pork Times" newsletters arrives in my inbox.

Awesome experience, the unique thing that it was a little frustrating It was the waiting for 24 for a manual validation of my ID. Being honest, I'd like that. We are still hiring humans!

Easy and cost effective way to get a custom domain and get it working. The support articles are extensive. Every question I had was answered with a quick and easy search.

The website is very simple and straightforward, they are not trying to cross sell you on every turn and scam you like Godadd.
The prices are also very fair they give you a reasonable number and it stays like that for the next year unlike scammers like Godaddy who will give you the domain for next to nothing and then gan*bang you later on renewal

I did not receive any warnings before my domain was not renewed. 30 days out, then not another one...and then when I realized I was not receiving emails, went to log in...which I couldn't do, because the email address that I use for the account is HOSTED by you all. So, then I tried to call...nope, tried to chat, nope. Finally got a response to an email - then did the re establish account work - and the stupid tool Veriff doesn't work...and despite several follow up emails - NOTHING. Horrible support, horrible emergency account process. The only bright spot was the gent I spoke to on the phone - he was patient with me despite my obvious irritation... This was HORRIBLE. I literally used to own and run the Marine Corps help desk, I KNOW this can be done better.
