Just give me what you're advertising. I wanted to download a pdf or image file of my signature to apply to documents. They had me do that, then to access that I had to go through the whole typical signup process. They automatically added me to a billing program which is such a scam in its own right, and then at the end of that whole process they didn't even have the signature that I thought I had made. I absolutely hate companies that lure you in by having you create a document that they then won't let you access because of a paywall, then you get to the other side of that wall and they don't even have the document. What a waste of time. I hope the people that run this company lose their jobs, but I know they'll probably just continue failing upwards like every other scummy corporate bro in corporate America.

Excellent platform with an outstanding team behind. With PandaDoc, I not only save time with bureaucratic tasks like building contracts, as also it turned the boring part of contract into one you want to draft because you k ow it will come in seconds to clients hands.

this company charged my card that i never gave them. we had a fraud alert. found out this company purchase cards from the dark web and charges them thousands of dollars then if you try to contact them all the phone numbers are disconnected or they are for some other staffing agency

We as one of the companies, using the PandaDoc mainly for creating and submitting our project reports for the clients, are more than happy to use it.

This tool gave us an opportunity to become more flexible in our work.

Shortly:
Using PandaDoc is:
1. Time, and money saving tool.
2. One of the most user friendly app. (even our non IT orientated colleagues are more than able to work with it)
3. Storrage space saving. (dont need to have any hard copies of the documents, or to have your personal harddrive capacity "ocupied" by a lot of GB of "old"& archived documents, and reports.

Extremely reliable, and gives me great visibility into the status of all open proposals, audit trails, etc.
Setting up flexible templates has simplified contracting processes in my company and saved me a large chunk of time per document.

Overall, PandaDoc provides a good e-signature experience. It will be even better if following two issues could be solved. One issue is time stamps are in UTC only. Users in different time zones have to calculate equivalent time in their own time zones. The other issue is that during process of creating documents, the uploaded PDF files sometime show wrong characters in certain corner of pages, but signed PDF turns out correct.

PandaDocs has been an extremely helpful tool for my company and our respective clients. While there was a bit of a learning curve at first, PD provides various learning tools to help you achieve proficient user skills. The PD team is always adding new features as the need arises and has made our lives a lot easier!

I enjoy the services I am receiving. The only feedback I have is, PandaDoc markets itself toward the small business owner. I would suggest offering more features without every one being an upgrade / costing more money. Smaller businesses work on a tighter budget, this should be a focus point when providing packages / rates.

Love the new features, SMS or email option for sending a document for signing, although we currently are only allowed to use email addresses within our company policy. But for the future this is an excellent option. Easy to load and build a document for signing.

The sales team connected with me to help provide the documentation I needed and the answers to my questions to sign up for their solution. Their representative, Jared, was helpful to work with and informative. I have heard good things about PandaDoc from others and look forward to using it for my e signature needs.

In searching for an eSignature solution, we evaluated three different companies. PandaDoc was one of them and won our vote based on ease of use, clear and very efficient vision of process and flow, as well as almost best of class app design and pricing.

I would add that their customer support was brilliant and solved all our issues rapidly, responses to questions were within hours or even minutes sometimes, we were impressed and won over with excellent excellent support.

We signed up without reservations and have been very happy ever since!

PandaDoc makes it really easy to update forms and workflows in real-time. We use several workspaces and moving between them and making update across the board is much more efficient than our last system.

PandaDoc is great, really simple to use and the fact that you can send documents via email or via a link ticks a lot of our boxes. I do wish there were some more enhancements such as being able to automate settings for roles for documents (as you can do in templates).

I have been using PandaDoc for 4 years. Extremely reliable. I reached out to CS once and they were very prompt at getting back to me. They have a free and paid version depending on your needs. By far, the best and most versatile free version I have discovered. Definitely recommend.

We use PandaDoc for all of our eDocument needs. Their great API enables us to create end-to-end automation using Slingr.io, our low-code platform.

Finally, including PandaDoc's functionality in seamless, automated workflows is easy and affordable! Great product and great API!

PandaDoc is a terrific tool for sending my clients documents which I need signed electronically. Their pricing structure is far more affordable than the alternatives and their interface is easy to use. I've been using their system for about a year and have no complaints.

Overpriced and buggy, doesn't justify the price point at all.

Most annoying part is that, after having setup a template during the trial periode, they disable the most common function, "content library", which is even a fixed sidebar menu, only to become available again as an "add-on" for an additional USD 240 a year...

As the whole platform is useless without this library, it's just a cheap and sneaky "upsell" which should be included in the standard fee.

A shame I've had to pay a year in advance. Wasted money....
