Sometimes its difficult to find an editing tool. Most frustrating is when I'm done building a page, the editing page doesn't look the same as the website view. VERY aggravating!

I have been putting together web sites to support my music for many years. (Mainly using wordpress). The results have been, at best, ok, but took took up a ridiculous amount of time to create and maintain.
Using Bandzoogle I have a professional looking site with far more features and flexibility than I ever achieved before and all created in a few days.
Support from the Bandzoogle team is excellent. I had a couple of queries along the way and full and helpful replies to my emails asking for assistance were received in well under 24hrs.
This is a great product, highly recommended.

The website templates are easy to use and switch; the online help is extensive and I hear that support personnel are excellent, though I haven't required their assistance yet. The free option is really good, and I like that there are two price points for merch sales - standard to sell and ship your own items and pro if you want integration with Printful. Printful doesn't charge a monthly fee which suits me because I don't expect to sell enough to justify it, but if you DO sell higher volume, you can pay a monthly fee for discounted merch. The flexibility appeals to me.
PLUS the introduction webinar that they do once a month for new trial period users was EXCELLENT and interactive. The webinar completely solidified my confidence in Bandzoogle.

I have had a blast creating my New Music Website here on Bandzoogle. So far if has been upfront and easy to use. I contacted tech support with a minor issue and some questions before I started building, and the tech was very Polite, informative and offered to help in anyway he could. I'm excited that I found this site and looking forward to getting to know the site features better so I can have an awesome site!

I think Bandzoogle is affordable and provide great features. The support team is amazing which definitely brings value to the platform. As a growing brand I believe Printful integration should be added to all the paid plans or at least be an add-on for a few additional dollars a month. The Lite plan had all the features I needed except the Printful integration. I didn't feel the additional $9.99 a month for the Pro plan was beneficial when I only needed the Printful integration. I decided to leave a 4 star rating because of this.

The process of designing our website was very simple given the available templates and tools provided. Knowledge of HTML code was not required and the content is very customizable. Customer support is top notch and responded to my questions quickly. Exactly what we were looking for.

Forever ago I chose to stop building my own site, and went with CDBaby's built in option, HostBaby. These asshats bought that, and caused hassles since. It was too much trouble to move and rebuild my site, So I just kept paying them for years.

How BADLY does a company have to try to f+ck things up that a customer will waste days of their life just to leave? Well, making it progressively harder to do anything independently is EXACTLY why I left.

Not even having a proper file browser and making it difficult to download or modify my own intellectual property was the the last final f+cking straw.

Avoid at all costs, unless you like the idea of someone else having the lock and key to your stuff.

What made this experience so great is that this platform was presented to me at the right time. Ive been looking for months how to build and design a website for my music without the hassle and complications but didn't have any luck. As i was uploaded a song to Distrokid, I saw a Bandzoogle link where it stated websites for musicians. The rest was history. Now I'm using Bandzoogle and its been so helpful with my music.
