He went above and beyond by building out the base of my stairs to ensure the stairlift was installed safely and securely. I purchased the Atom 2 hearing aids and one hearing aid stopped working after a couple of months. I contacted the Audien Hearing Aid customer service via e-mail which was actioned within 48 hours. I received exceptional superb customer service from Rick and Thea. Both showed genuine concern and care. The replacement hearing aids were received as per my request, promptly. The replacement new hearing aids work perfectly and the fit is great. Great price for quality hearing aids and very sincere customer service. Keep up the high standards!!!!!

Both technicians were pleasant and understanding of the home environment. The showed patience when explaining the operation considering the age of the users. I appreciate that the senior level tech was using the installation to mentor the younger tech - so I was understanding that the installation took a bit longer. Our only concern/complaint was that the techs did not protect the wood floor in the entry vestibule when bringing in tools and equipment, and the floor had a large and deep scratch in it which wasn't noticed until after they left the home. This was disappointing.

Highly Unethical service department | Selling defective and dangerous items to the disable people. The new unit of SL600 (Stair lift) was installed on 2 years back. All of a sudden with no reason there were a huge explosive like impact which happened due to breaking of one of the gear component in the stair lift. When I connected customer service desk about the issue about the potential danger which could have lead to life treating incidents, they connected me for immediate removal. To avoid any investigation of the defective items, they took away the entire stair lift and later started telling lie about broken component. They took away the Stair lift 4.5K USD and never bother to compensate about the damage happened to my home and the cost of asset itself. In particular, the whole company is a fraud. They promised the compensate my damage (life threating) which could lead much more serious as we are 4 person (including 2 toddler kids) and our office was also next to the stairs. These guys made fake promises and cleverly remove the evidences for any further investigation by telling lie. Now when I want the components back for deeper investigation they are not responding at all. Hope my incident will be a learning lesson for others to keep away from the dangerous items which they are selling to the disable people and looting the money by doing fraud of fake compensations. I placed my order on 11/20/23. I still have not received it. Their message still reads "PROCESSING- ALLOW 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS FOR MOST ORDERS TO SHIP. PO ORDERS ALLOW UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS." When I called to get an update the email I received back (you have to communicate with them via email) stated the item comes from the manufacturer and there was a problem with them receiving my order so they placed my order again. I still haven't received my item. I'm very frustrated and discouraged!
