Nature Serve is our country's most important organization for keeping track of ecosystems and species. We had planned, interestingly, to grow and to increase our overall headcount, while at the same time looking for ways to save on operational costs. And a colleague who knew a great deal about options told us about TriNet and suggested that we take a look because it would relieve us of a lot of our HR burden. So now we're in 20 states and have employees in 20 states. And TriNet has been able to accommodate us naturally as we've grown, which has really been terrific. It's not just payroll, there's opportunities for 401(K), for health insurance, and they offer that with an eye to the specific needs for every state where our employees live and work. So we love the TriNet platform. It's really terrific to have everything that we need in one place. TriNet has figured out what we need to know and is going to supply it for us before we get there. So it gives us a terrific amount of flexibility to hire the best people who are in the best spots and not make the move to the DC area.
