I was prepared to write this off as a total waste of time until near the end when I read: "There’s a history of veterans and abused children working with horses to get over PTSD. That’s part of what I want to do with Lucky—open the farm to the community and see what good we can do.” That sounds worthwhile. And in the real political world, we've elected a few jackasses and horses' assess, not to mention some bitches. Our political parties have come to be represented by a donkey and an elephant - and RFK, Jr. as a dead bear cub. So the people of Omena are entitled to their fun even if it doesn't mean too much.

I don't object to our elected representatives partying, drinking and whoring. It's what they do when in session that's the problem.
