Do you offer Door to Door Service?

We offer door-to-door service and will take you from your pick-up location directly to your destination and follow individual directions. 


Do you offer Meet & Greet VIP Service at the airports that you serve?

We offer Greeting Services as allowed by all airports and we serve to accommodate VIPS or those needing individual escort. 


What types of vehicles do you have?

Our fleet consists of all-black vehicles of varying sizes; from four passenger crossovers and three row SUVs to 12 passenger Mercedes Sprinters. All vehicles are four-wheel drive equipped with appropriate seasonal tires.

Do you offer 24-Hour Service?

We are happy to offer 24-hour service for those trips reserved in advance


Do you offer children's car seats if needed?

Recognizing the care needed to ensure young children’s additional safety needs, we provide all sizes of car seats at an additional charge and require that guardians install them at pickup. Each car has special features to accommodate any size car seat


Do your vehicles all have on-boad wifi?

All our vehicles are equipped with complimentary on-board Wi-Fi. 


Do you offer service for Special Events?

We are happy to help coordinate transportation for special events and are familiar with area functions or private parties.


Will you make additional stops if requested?

We are happy to accommodate extra stops you need to make as scheduling allows based on the parameters of the reservation.


Do you accept last-minute booking?

We always strive to accommodate last-minute needs as vehicles and drivers are available and will assist with providing referrals to affiliate companies.


Can we hire you by the hour/day/week?

We are pleased to offer “as directed” services including hourly, daily or weekly bookings.


Do you offer free bottled water?

Complimentary bottled water is available in each car.


What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 48-hour minimum notice for cancellation.


Do you have a refund policy?

Full Refund if cancellation is before 48 hours of your scheduled service time. For cancellations after 24 hours, the full rate of service will be automatically charged to the credit card that was given at the time of placing the reservation. A passenger who does not appear at the designated point of pick up will incur the full rate of service. A trip canceled by the passenger or a third party on their behalf after the vehicle has been dispatched will be charged a cancellation fee, the full rate of service. If the reservation is canceled resulting from weather or flight cancellations, we will issue a credit voucher for future travel within 6 months.


Can you help me find a ride if you are booked or unavailable?

Yes! We are networked with the area's best transportation providers and with just a call to us, even if we are booked, we will work with our affiliates to find you the best ride available.
