Step 1: Look for an adviser.
Fill out R Form 01. In case
of changes in Adviser, fill

Permission to the Vice
President for Academic

Chapters 1-3. Gather your
data.

submit statistical data to the
Research Office for analysis and
secure the SPSS Certification
from the Research Office.

the Panel check your final

portfolio, and a softcopy to the Research Coordinator
for filing of the Colleges, Library and Research Office.
