1. Orbit Placement Consultancy

employee within 72hours. Factors that may influence this will include any specific
experience or skills that are required and the start date of the assignment.

2. Job Order
This will help us match a qualified candidate to your specific needs.

3. Once we receive your order...


We will call to confirm and if needed, gather more information about your company
and/or your request.
4. Client Profile
Here you would include some required company information, including:
your company name, address, phone, e-mail, contact person’s name, etc.
5. Once you’ve selected a candidate
We will contact that candidate and confirm their acceptance. As soon as
we receive the candidate’s confirmation of acceptance, we will call to
inform you that the order has been filled. Additionally, we will confirm
the start date, start time and who the employee should report to on the
first day of work.

6. First day quality checks


On the first day of the assignment, one of our Account Managers will call
you to ensure our contract employee reached the assignment and is
performing well.

7. Billing
We pay our contract employees monthly for the prior month’s work.
When you receive your invoice for contractor billing, payment is due in
Next 30 days.
