Lights

 The lighting system includes interior and exterior illumination.

 All lights operate on 28 Volt DC power.

 Circuits are protected by thermal push-pull circuit breakers.

 All lights are made by array of LED (light-emitting diode).

 A single LED failure in a lamp array will not result in failure of lamp unit.

Lights

 Pulse lighting capability is built into the landing

light controller assembly.

 Aircraft equipped with optional TCAS I/ TCAS II

have a pulse light switch that enables manual or
automatic (in response to a T/A) activation of the
pulse light system.

 Instrument panel lighting control are mounted on

the control yoke, fwd of the reversion controller.

 There are two dimmers and one small toggle

switch.

The Fire Lights are tested using their own
dedicated switch.

The test and intensity circuit is protected by a

CAUTION LTS NORMAL avionics CB on the
MCB panel.

The DIM and BRIGHT positions

provide alternative levels of lighting brilliance
for the MASTER CAUTION and MASTER
WARNING lights, the auto-feather system
SELECT and ARMED indicator lights, and the
stall warning light, and the engine FIRE
warning lights.
