wage – earners, but as rise to accomplices within the profitable handle.
 Workers‟ Participation is becoming more relevant in all the organizations because of
its significant role in organizational development.
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
 To study the process of workers participation in management.
 To analyse the feedback of employes on work participation in management.
 To recommend few suggestions to VST Tillers And Tractors Pvt Ltd to overcome the
problems in participative management.
 To analyze the effectiveness of grieviance process.
SCOPE
This study covers theoretical factors on WORKERS‟ PARTICIPATION IN
MANAGEMENT, the existing PARTICIPATION PATTERN at VST Tillers And
Tractors Pvt Ltd, Bangalore and scope for further improvement.
HYPOTHESIS
 Ho: Details of opportunities weren‟t given prior to personal development in the
organization.
 H1: Details of opportunities were given prior to personal development in the
organization.
LIMITATIONS
The random sample chosen for the study consisted of just 100 respondents.
 Due to the busy work schedules of the staff, they might not have concentrated,
which could have affected the findings of the study to some extent.
 The study was limited only to the corporate office as the size of the Corporation is
too large. This factor could also have affected the findings.
 Interaction with the employees was very limited because of their busy work
schedule.

Interpretation: It is clear that majority of responders agree that the communication and
information in their organization is good. It means the company is good at the
communication and providing required information to their employees.

Interpretation: It is clear that majority of responders agree that the job security in the
organization is good. It means the employees feel that they are secured in the
organization and it is providing other facilities to their protection
FINDINGS
 Majority of the workers are cheerful with reference to nature of work and the
working hours and air of the organization.
 They concur that they have satisfactory flexibility to do their work effectively and
they felt that they have satisfactory work security within the organization.
 Majority of the responders concur that they feel upbeat approximately their group
work and the level of co-ordination and co-operation among them and best
administration conjointly the communication and data within the organization.
 Majority of the workers are fulfilled with the pay scale within the organization and
their commitment towards the organization is good.
 Majority of the employees agree that they don't have much opportunity to voice
their opinion and the degree of inspiration within the organization is low.
 Job plan and duties are particular and clear.
 Holding of the people accountable for their actions, responsibilities and activities.
 70% of employees are dissatisfied at medical and recreational facilities.
SUGGESTIONS
 Work shou1d proper1y de1egated to the emp1oyees to avoid over1oad of
work, whichcou1d cause stress.
 The company needs to recover issue of stress faced by emp1oyees.
 Company needs to maintain good re1ationship with the emp1oyees to make
the c1imatehea1thy.
 The company needs to provide recreationa1 activities.
 The company needs to give information about stress adapting procedures to
the emp1oyees.
 The company needs to provide assistance from the 1ine Manager for the
emp1oyees.
 The company needs to make workers fee1 secure when they are engaged
with the1eadership.
 The company needs to provide enough breaks to emp1oyees so they wi11
perform better.
CONCLUSION
 Workmen should have the right to improve the efficiency and increased
productivity with company.
 An employee who has an idea which he would like to develop and who can make
a definite suggestions for bringing about improvement in eliminate wastage in
labour material power safety devise, administration procedure.
 The movements of workers participation in management, if it is to attain any
measure of success must come from with in, not under pressure from any outside
agency or Government.
 Introducing the system in a concern for the sake of it will not do much good,
where conditions are not ripe for successful experiment unless both the
management and union believe in the necessity and utility of such machinery, the
movement will not make much head way.
