• REMEMBER: Reading logs #5-8 are due today!!!
• ALSO REMEMBER: Skipping class next week
CAN result in you scoring a ZERO on your final
exam! Students will be picked randomly to
present, so come prepared and come on time!!!
Grading System
Attendance 20%
(10% of this is General Attitude)
Midterm Exam 30%
Final Exam 30%
Reading Logs 20%
TOTAL 100%
The University's Grading Curve
According to Dankook's grading policy,
only a maximum of 30% can get A's and 40% B's.
This does not mean that 30% will get an A.

Next week Exam Presentations Start
Do NOT be late for class next week as we will start
immediately.
There will NOT be a break in class so please go to the
bathroom BEFOREclass. NO ONE will leave the
classroom during exam presentations time.
After 30 minutes into the class, I will lock the doors and NO
ONE will be allowed to enter. This means you CAN NOT
be late for class. If you are 30 minutes or more late, you
will not be allowed in and you risk getting a ZERO on
your exam!!!
Exam Presentation Expectations
You will be given ONLY 5 minutes to set-up and
present one article you completed for your
reading log.
- Be creative!!!
- You don’t have to make a PPT but it is HIGHLY suggested.
- You will not be allowed to use notes during your presentation so
practice, memorize, and come prepared.
- Be careful with your language, not too difficult but not too easy.
- You must talk about TWO reading strategies, one of which
MUST BE A DIAGRAM.
- At the end of your presentation you will be asked one
question about your article/presentation.
