Hotel Policies

General Guidelines & Policies


All guests need to have a valid photo identification with address proof. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid ID
proof.
Guests with ID proof having an address of the same city as the hotel itself will not be permitted entry.
Entry of visitors in any of the rooms of the hotel is strictly prohibited.
The primary guest must be 18 years of age to be able to check - in.
Room allocation is subjecto availability.
Children aged 8 years or less will be given a complimentary accommodation, without extra bed. For children between
the age group of 5 to 8, breakfast is chargeable. For Children aged 9 and above, an extra bed will be provided on a
chargeable basis.
For triple occupancy bookings, extra mattress or foldable cot will be provided
Pets are not allowed in the premises.
Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to hotel assets. Guest shall keep the hotel room in
a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.
The hotel is not liable for any damage caused to the guest.
Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.
Getting eatables and alcohol from outside the hotel is strictly prohibited. Illegal drugs according to the
Indian Law are strictly prohibited.
Any kind of firearms or explosives are strictly banned in the premises of the hotel.
You are reminded that any unauthorised publication for business purposes of photographs taken on the premises of
the hotel may be subject to legal action.
Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to
the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action
against the guest.
The hotel reserves the right of admission.
The above mentioned information is provided in good faith but is subject to change without any notice.

Booking Extension Policy


Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates at the time of inquiry, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled 21 days (or less) prior to the date of check-in, then the room rent for the first night will be
levied. Bookings cannot be modified 21 days (or less) prior to the date of check-in.
Bookings cannot be cancelled or modified after the check-in date.
In case you do not show up at the hotel, no refund is applicable.
If you decide to shorten your booking post the check-in date then no refund is applicable on the booking.

Payment Policy
Direct bookings - Only upon payment for the first night of the booking is a room confirmed and the rest of the money
is collected at the time of check-out.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy


Standard Check-in time: 2 P.M. ; Standard Check-out time: 12 P.M.
Our standard check-in time is 2 P.M. Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance.
Our standard check-out time is 12 P.M. Late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance.
Extra charges will apply as per the below policy:
Between 12 P.M. and 1 P.M. - complimentary, only if there is no room in waiting.
Between 12 P.M. and 4 P.M. - 50% of the current room rate will be charged.
After 4 PM - 100% of the current room rate will be charged.
