1.How do you envision making a positive impact on the student body or the department as an aspiring YES officer?

- As an aspirant, making positive change is one of my goal for our student body and our college, especially with the
concerns we are facing in our department. By being committed in serving to the student body and with the
collaborative efforts of everyone, I know that positive change is not impossible to achieve. With the platform I want
to promote entitled "I am but a Small Voice" which will encourage students to raise their concerns anonymously
about our department, and be taken action promptly, I think this will establish a positive impact for a more united
CTEians and a better environment in our department.

2. How do you plan to foster open communication and transparency between the organization you aspire to
enter and the rest of the student body?

- For me, I think it can be done by creating a consistent communication between the organization and the student
body. By having a monthly reports or assembly meetings with the member of Young Educators' Society, this will
provide an open communication and transparency on what informations should be know by our fellow CTEians. Also,
we have our pYESa, the bulletin board of YES, to provide information, and in my term, as an aspiring Assistant
Secretary and Treasurer, I will utilize and maximize the function of pYESa by posting informations needed by the
student body consistently to avoid miscommunication to everyone.

1. How do you envision making a positive impact on the student body or the department as an aspiring YES
officer?

As an aspiring YES officer with an advocacy of emphasizing the importance of socialization, a requisite paradigm that
embody the influence and experience of students in shaping themselves to fit in they're future profession. Ideas and
experience I possess eversince, can fit the paradigm being respectful and responsible regarding my attitude which
can attribute in influencing many individuals in socializing appropriately.
2. How do you plan to foster open communication and transparency between the organization you aspire to
enter and the rest of the student body?

As an aspiring YES officer, I plan to foster communication and transparency between the organization and the rest of
the student body by encouraging them to share their ideas and opinions and ensuring that it will be acknowledged. I
plan to implement this through online surveys and suggestion boxes. And I will promote transparency through
regularly discussing the updates about certain matters and it's proposed outcome.

-Communication is one of the most crucial element in building a strong connection within the organization. As a
campus journalist and student leader, I will utilize both my skills and experiences in the field to become an inclusive
bridge-builder in empowering every individuals to be heard, valued, and recognized. To embody the essence of true
leadership, to lead with dedication, and to serve with passion.

2. How do you plan to foster open communication and transparency between the organization you aspire to
enter and the rest of the student body?

-I believe that the true essence of leadership is to speak to those who you represent, to listen to their voices, and to
lead with commitment in upholding transparency. By chasing the unlimited possibilities, establishing a strong
connection, and creating an organized and firm decisions, I believe that we can achieve a strong communcation. To
let everyone be informed and updated and to uphold the organizations' vision in serving with excellence.

Answer: As an aspiring candidate, to create a positive impact on the student body or department I will openly
volunteer and engage myself with the activities/ events.. I will also listen to the students suggestions or ideas that
might contribute to our future activities suited to their desires and ideals.

Answer: I believe that communication is a two-way process and to be able to achieve an open communication, I as
an aspirant should know how to listen and respect the students. Transparency can be achieved by being objective
and not fostering biases or favoritism.

As an aspiring student leader I would like to empower and build a culture wherein every cteians can openly share

organization and help realize its full potential.

-A public servant is known to be the stalwart of transparency and open communication, ready to accept others'
