Good morning everyone, (pause, mỉm cười nhìn khán giả)
Today, I would like to share with you a pie chart about the factors affecting public
health. (stress “factors affecting public health”)
By looking at this chart, we can better understand which aspects play the most important
role (slight pause) in shaping the health of a community.
First of all, let’s see what the chart describes. (pause)
The chart is divided into five main categories:
Social and economic factors –forty percent (stress 40%)
Health behaviors – thirty percent
Clinical care – ten percent
Physical Environmental– ten percent
Genetics and biology – ten percent (pause)
Now, if we look at the most noticeable parts of the chart, (pause) it is very clear that
social and economic factors take up the largest portion, with forty percent. (stress
40%)
This means that income, education, and social conditions are the strongest determinants
of public health. (pause)
The second biggest part is health behaviors, which account for 30%. (stress “health
behaviors – 30%”)
This includes lifestyle choices such as diet, exercise, and smoking.
Meanwhile, clinical care, the physical environment, and genetics each contribute only
10%. (pause, nhẹ giọng xuống)
This is much smaller compared to the first two categories.
So, what can we learn from this chart? (pause, nhìn khán giả)
The most important lesson is that public health is influenced more by social conditions
and people’s daily habits (stress) than by medical treatment alone.
In other words, (pause) improving hospitals and doctors is not enough. (stress “not
enough”)
To truly improve community health, we need to invest in education, job opportunities,
better living conditions, and at the same time (pause) encourage people to adopt
healthier lifestyles.
Clinical care, environment, and genetics are still important, (pause) but their influence is
relatively smaller.
In conclusion, this pie chart reminds us that health is not only about medicine (stress).
It is also about how we live, how our society is organized, and the choices we make every
day.
If governments and communities focus more on social and economic development and
healthy behaviors, (pause) we can achieve better public health for everyone.
Thank you for listening. (mỉm cười, gật đầu kết thúc)
